“Great all around, the food is great and I had to get a doggie box because there was alot of food. The only down side I see is they open too late and I only stopped in on my day off . It’s really a pleasant place. I do think it’s rather pricy though because I had coffee an omelet snd hash browns and the basic food price was 18.00, I do not think I have ever in my life paid 2400 for breakfast. Not everyone has won the lottery and they need to keep the breakfast base price under 10.00, I can see lunch being on the thirties . Oh well, let’s see how hong they survive . I hope they do because the food is great. I might add I had a Waffle House build your own Omelet out door about 1200.00. I know metro is classier but still the food is great at the Waffle House and I can eat 24/7”

“I used to love going to Mulligan's for New Year's. But they are so unorganized and the bartenders can't keep up with the bar, since it's a get up and get your own drink. Everyone is at the bar yelling for service and the bartenders are yelling back for you to wait your turn, but no one knows when it's their turn. It's nuts a couple of waiters that night would be great. And for get the cover charge that's so dumb.”

“The service was kinda slow but the food was pretty good. I tried the lobster and shrimp chowder and strawberry salad. The chowder had no shrimp and a few hints of lobster and lots of potatoes but the salad was amazing. I made sure to ask my waitress to make sure I had just as much lettuce as toppings and she did. The sweet tea and a hit as well so I was happy with that.
I guess this was a pretty good experience but they need to do better with the chowder for sure.”

“I’m a very opinionated person and I’m tough to be completely impressed with a restaurant, but this place was awesome. I was at first concerned as my family was would we like the food. Well just to let everyone know if you like trying new stuff or like to experience different food this is the place to go. I’ve never gave a restaurant a 5 thumbs up 👍🏼, but I was so impressed and my 12 year old granddaughter was also as much as my cousin and her 17 year old daughter. The vibe was awesome the waitress and manager made us feel so welcome even the hostess was really friendly. We sat outside and it was so relaxing and cozy. I can’t even brag enough on the food, workers, and the atmosphere there. We are already planning birthday trips and having family join us for the experience. Go try for yourself and have an open mind about the food. We were like ummm not so sure, but the blends were out of this world. ❤️🙌🙌”

Pat was amazing and helped us decide what food to try. He even provided samples to make sure we’d be happy with our choices, which really made a difference.
We ordered three kids’ meals, and our kids were very happythey ate everything and were full by the end. We also had the oxtail, and it was incredible: very meaty, tender, and full of flavor. Everything was on point.
We would definitely come back again when we’re in town. Highly recommend!”

They have glass bottle drink options, also drinks in a bucket (not sure what that was). The Mexican coke is $3.95/bottle.”

“Me and my husband have ate here on several occasions and the service is outstanding along with the food. We drive about an hour to get there, but it’s well worth the drive every time. We highly recommend trying their build your own pizzas along with their already deliciously made menu items. We’ve tried several of their items and it’s always delicious! We love the feel of this little pizza diner. Just looking at all the old rock and roll vinyl records on the wall will take you back in time and you’ll start reminiscing about the old times growing up listening to what we like to call real music. Because back then it was real raw talent, which was the best music.”

Christine and Fonta(or maybe Vonta?) were working the dinner rush alone and were absolutely amazing despite being clearly swamped by call-ins, customers and DD orders. I would rather wait a few minutes and see two smiling faces than get quick rude service any day. They were both working as fast as they could, with excellent teamwork and communication. They were short of help but made the best of it. This is the kind of help you want to keep! They both deserve a raise, in my opinion. I haven’t had service like that in the last ten years.”

“On the trip home we stopped in Brunswick GA area off I-95 for Breakfast at Waffle House! We do not have one of these in Ripley and the kids LOVE LOVE LOVE Some waffles! Deacon went with Chocolate Chip Waffles *very surprised Saige didn't she's a chocolateholic! But she went with regular Waffles and both had Bacon as their sides with Deacon choosing Sprite and Saige Apple Juice!
Kayla had a scrambled cheesy egg with sausage, toast and hash browns with cheese and water! I went with Fried Egg, Bacon and Toast!
The waitress was very attentive and helpful! She was so friendly! The restaurant was very clean and orderly! Definitely would stop again and recommend to anyone traveling in the area!”

I don’t understand why you’d put a cold coleslaw and potato salad on the bottom of the container and put hot ribs on top it… so you made the hot items a lil cooler but made the cold items warm… there was a bag to put the cold stuff in, away from the hot items, so why????? Please don’t mix cold and hot… not everyone eats the food in the car.
There has been a few mistakes lately.
Yesterday she did not even get her coleslaw.
Very disappointing …

4Star- They were friendly. Super Fast! The food was good… really good… just one thing.. they did not give me any sauce for my pulled pork. Every other restaurant gives you their sweet stuff or ask you. That was a major let down! I didn’t know I had to ask. I would think it’s common to give it. Sauce is always given.”

“I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply. This may not seem like a big issue but I ordered online for bogo sandwiches so I can feed me and the kids and needed to receive the actual number of sandwiches I ordered in order to feed everyone. Unfortunately due to the bad set up of the doordash page and menu issues they ended up shorting me sandwiches even though i followed the rules and processe of ordering to the letter. Well u called the firehouse store to fix the issues and was very worried and upset I would be unable to feed my household right because of doordash and their bad company policies about refunds but the manager Brittany at my store was so very sweet and understanding helpful. She walked me through what happened and how the situation ended up arising and after hearing that it was doordash fault and mistake she still made sure to fix the order issue and make sure we received the right amount of sandwiches we ordered. She was professional and extremely helpful and if I owned a store i would consider myself extremely lucky to have an employee/ manager like her. A lot of restaurants in Brunswick could take some serious lessons from her on how to improve their level of service. The food was perfect and fresh and Brittany was impeccable with her level of service and should probably deserve a raise . Thank you to Brittany, and I really hope doordah fixes the website order issues or just remove the sale promotions option so it doesn't happen to any one else ever again.”

“Prompt service, congenial staff, the waiter was on point and friendly; he was a Dallas Cowboy fan so he got an extra tip for that 👍 the food was well prepared and delicious. The fried ice cream was up to par.”

“Quick and convenient, with no wait times like other restaurants, and not crowded. The atmosphere was quiet, and the food was exceptionally well seasoned, particularly the ginger shrimp. The steak was tough. I wished it were prepared medium-rare. They didn't ask, and I didn't think to tell them.”

I've always said that if it's sloppy and messy, it's got to be good.
