“My husband and I was looking for some place new to go for dinner and i found this place on the internet. We had never heard of it and it was close to our home so we decided to check it out. The set up is nice. I believe there are 3 or 4 dinning rooms. The staff was really nice and very attentive. We didnt make any reservations which they do prefer but they sat us still without a wait. The drinks were really good and they did not hold out on the amount of alcohol. Now the dinner. OMG Dinner was off the chain. I tip my hat off to the chef. I had the Honey Glaze Salmon and my husband is vegan so he had The Smoked spinach Asparagus Mashed potatoes and Brocolini. When I tell you this had to be the best food with so much flavor. We were more then pleased. The only complaint we have is the music got really loud. If couldnt hear each other even if you are sitting right next o each other. But other then that I will definitely return and I must say I am adding this to my list of best restaurants in Atlanta.”

“Stayed here as a stopover before flying back to UK after 3 wks in USA. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. Free shuttle to and from domestic terminals. However, you’re miles from downtown Atlanta so you are caught in the hotel food trap which was lovely but extortionately expensive. However, we were tired and just wanted to eat and sleep. Lovely pool areas and towels. Hotel let us keep room til 3 pm”

Hubby and I had brunch on New Year’s here. We had. AN. EXPERIENCE ⭐️ ⭐️ !!! Ashlei 💎 was super attentive, very positive and high energy and a real treat as a waitress. As an appetizer, we ordered ruby’s mix and match = 😍😍😍 right after we enjoyed the endless salad bar ✨✨✨
For entree, hubby ordered 1 lb T-bone (medium) w/ baked potato and grilled bourbon chicken 🤤😋😍. I had Ruby’s Favorite Deconstruction Kabobs with the steak sauce and garlic butter 🤤🤤🤤 (side note: gon ahead and ask for extra garlic butter 😉 and thank me later). Lastly, RUBY TUESDAY OWES US NOTHING!!!!!!!!!”

I discovered this place while looking for food options in an area I just moved to, and it popped up with nearly five-star reviews. I remember thinking, How does a restaurant with ratings like this exist here and I’ve never heard of it? I knew I had to try it.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Chef JP, who was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. The food looked amazing—fresh, hot, and full of flavor—and I couldn’t wait to try it. He even let me sample a few items, which I truly appreciated since I’m very particular about what I eat.

I’ve been pescatarian for almost 10 years, but this year I added chicken back into my diet after becoming a new mother and breastfeeding. My nutritionist and lactation nurse recommended more protein, so I made the change. The fact that this place offers both fish and chicken options is a huge plus. They even have turkey wings, which I’ve never tried before but am definitely planning to try next.

I was blown away by the portion sizes, the value, and most importantly, the freshness and taste of the food. Everything was incredible. I literally sat there thinking, This is my new go-to spot. I’m a great cook myself, but finding food this good—especially in a new area—is rare.

This place is truly a hidden gem, and more people need to know about it. I told Chef JP I would leave a review, and here it is. He deserves a 10-star rating, but since Google only allows five, just know that everything was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.”

“I was craving some fish and wings and already tired of being cooped up in my house from this ATL snow! I saw that this was a new restaurant and opened so I decided to give them a try. Upon walking in, the staff was so warm and welcoming! Both of the cashiers, Lina and Qura, were so kind and friendly. AND THE FOOD!! The food was bomb!!!!! I had the hook's special and it was so hot and fresh. Me and my kid had a different dessert, a strawberry cheesecake and a banana pudding, and it was amazing!! I'm definitely going to become a regular here now!! They have my business!!”

“The other day I placed an order through DoorDash for some beef tips w/rice, and 2 sides but my order was wrong and DoorDash refused to give me my money back. I called Big Daddy's Soul Food to let them know and Big Daddy himself made sure that I got my food fresh and hot as he had one of his employees deliver it to me. I always order from them when I don't feel like cooking and I am truly grateful for that moment. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service you provided!! Great customer service!!!”

“I work around the corner & I love egg rolls, so one day I decided to stop & & get me like 4. Lord. I am addicted. Their chicken egg rolls are so big, hot, fresh, & juicy. It reminds me of the egg rolls in Florida. Not that fake store bought shit. I hate that. I haven't tried their actual food yet but I see it says NY style Chinese & that's all I needed to see.
Maybe on the weekends when I'm not working, I'll try their food but their egg rolls are to DIE for.”
