“The 5 stars is mainly for the amazing service. Warm, friendly, funny, accommodating. I'd come back for that alone. While I didn't order it this time, the hookah is only $15 which is outstanding. I haven't seen hookah prices like that since 2008. The food was okay! While I enjoyed my salmon philly, I ended up with significantly less salmon and cheese than my boyfriend. The fries were good. The mac was okay. Will def be coming back to try their catfish sandwich. The parking lot is kind of small, but at least there is one!!“
“Sunday Brunch was really good. Chicken was seasoned well and waffles were light and fluffy! Owner had an awesome spirit about her. Music and atmosphere was on point. Our waitress was a swertheart,, I forgot her name but she had a boot on her foot! My son loved his rasta pasta... and he hates everything!!!!“
“Another amazing restaurant from Marcus Samuelsson!! The atmosphere is relaxed, eclectic, and comfortable. The food was amazing— each bite was better than the one before it. The staff was fast and efficient— the whole place is a cool, welcoming vibe.“
“The food was amazing and delicious and fresh and creative , and I say tasty. The service is spot on and attentive and personable and caring. The atmosphere was vibrant with a lot of energy, and I'm getting old, so forgive me for this, but just a tad loud.It is fun and get your reservation soon.“
“Red's is a special place with a magical beer garden and bamboo grove. The owners and staff are always welcoming and kind. The service and the food is delightful. Especially Red's special hot dog with the pimento cheese and fig jam! RUN to Red's today!“
“So glad to have this fantastic addition to Hapeville! Lots of specialty coffees and drinks. The pastries are so delicious and the quiche is the absolute best! All made by Chef Mario and his staff! You have to try it! More options coming soon!“
“I am never disappointed when I dine at Nouveau in Jonesboro. I've eaten here numerous times over the past year for brunch, dinner and even closed the place one night! Each time I am pleased and impressed by the food, the service and the atmosphere. The owner must really respect her staff because this past Easter, the only menu available was brunch. Not only does this increase food delivery time, it relieves some of the stress the staff takes on with offering a limited(yet delicious) menu. Because some patrons can be......a little extra. Nouveau, don't.change.a thing! And the parking? You couldn't ask for better! Great Job!“
“This place is great. It’s in Atlanta. Staple where you can put church choir ropes on when you go. On certain days they have drag and karaoke. When you go on the weekends it’s a great place to dance. They also have picnic tables outside. This is a great place to be casual but also have a great time.“
“We had Grindhouse Killer Burgers food truck for a neighborhood event today and I highly recommend them!! The food was fantastic! They were easy to work with, super kind, clean and organized! Above and beyond customer service! Just outstanding!!“
“I come to Peacock a lot. I love the vibe & deals offered on sundays But my favorite part is the customer service from server Nay. She make sure you feel unforgotten. It gets busy in Peacock but Nay makes the experience even better there. If you're looking for a vibe this is the place. & make sure you ask for Nay.“
“This is my 3rd time coming to this place and it never disappoints. The waiter and hostess were very accommodating, the food was amazing, and the low lighting ambiance makes this place perfect for a date night or outing with friends!Parking: They do have free parking around the corner. Just ask the valet“
“Absolutely fantastic spot! Creative and delectable dishes at surprisingly affordable prices, and delicious craft cocktails served up in an intimate environment. If I have one complaint, it's their seating policy. They don't take reservations and they don't have a hostess, so when you show up, you're competing with others for the next available table. It's...suboptimal. Nonetheless, definitely worth checking this place out. I'll certainly be back, but probably on a week night to avoid fighting fellow patrons for a table.“
“What An Experience! This was the first time my friends and I came here and I am SO GLAD we did! We enjoyed awesome food, great karaoke and the vibes were on point.I misplaced my phone and the general manger made sure he found me and handed it to me. I live for the moments of genuine humanity. Thank You!!“
“Great food with great staff and fast service. Food is on point and the price to portion ratio is surprisingly good considering how expensive dining out is becoming. The Super Empanadas alone are extremely filling. Definitely going to be one of my regular spots.“
“Me and my sister were visiting Atl and were told to visit this spot. We went on Thursday 3/28 and had a server named Brandi, she was by far the best server I have ever had. Good customer service, very attentive, very pretty, food and drinks were amazing. I got the bang bang shrimp and it was amazing. My sister got the sweet tai chilli wings. Good food, good drinks GREAT SERVICE. If you're visiting ask for Brandi and she will definitely take care of you. We will be back“
“My wife and I have come here multiple times and it never disappoints. Great food that is full of flavor, great draft beer options, and great portions. Highly recommend the Pho bowls, but you can also just go for classic barbecue sandwich or the new chicken tender sandwich that is truly the best chicken tenders we’ve had in ATL.“
“Loved this spot. Came with a pretty big group and managed to eventually find seating. Bartender was hilarious and liked him a lot. Saw a review call it a tikki bar and agree. The entrance is a coffin. Loved the vibes I ordered the Zombie cocktail and it was great! Only found this zombie drink a few places and I was glad that they lived up to their name. Had a great time and definitely will be back!“
“I mean, it's an ATL staple! You cannot go wrong! We went all out! Everything was just perfect! Nachos were loaded! Smoked wings....c'mon mane! You can't go wrong with them thangz! Of course the BBQ was hitting! Ribs....done...brisket...done..Mac and cheese..done..greens...done! If you've gotta have BBQ in the ATL of course...Fox Bros...“
“Spacious facility, good beer-drinks and food! I had the spicy pizza, hazy Jane IPA and samples of the Elvis IPA,and this sour which began with a “F”-forgot the name..all the beer is good My waiter Damian was great!! Definitely recommend this spot across from Krog Street Market“
“Everything was fantastic! I ordered the Old Fashioned cocktail, and it was absolutely delightful. They also have arcades and pool tables upstairs for entertainment. However, I'm not sure if it's wheelchair accessible as I didn't spot an elevator.“
“Not sure how I haven’t posted a review of this place yet.But this is hands down my favorite place for cocktails in Atlanta. The service is great, the atmosphere is beautiful, there are great outdoor and indoor options, and it is dog friendly! Plenty of natural light inside and the chairs/decor are very cute.Highly recommend for anyone getting drinks on the beltline!“
“The vibes of a pub mixed with some innovative food options.Came here with the family on a Sunday night and it was warm enough that the outdoor seeing was open. The beer menu is decent with quite a few local options on draft. Make sure to check though as a few were tapped out for us.I had the Smoked Wings and loved the flavor. Just the right amount of spice to give them a kick but not so much you can't enjoy them. They have an entire kids menu as well with quite a nice selection. My kids got the cheeseburger and fish and chips, with the latter being so good I'll be ordering the adult size when I come back.Parking: There's a lot next to the place with quite a few spots, with plenty of street parking nearby.Kid-friendliness: There's an entire kids menu with many options.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be easy to enter and enjoy in a wheelchair with a good amount of space inside.“
“Such a cool neighborhood spot. Great food and drinks. The burgers are amazing! My favorite is the patty melt. Delicious! The parking can be a bit hairy, but there's a parking deck across the street and a few spots behind the bar itself.“
“I had the seafood penne pasta, it's loaded with salmon, shrimp and muscles. I opted for no muscles. The cream sauce for the pasta was very watery! They left the tail skin on the shrimp that you have to peel everytime you eat one (super messy). Service was great. Drinks were nice and strong! I got the Paloma w Hennessy instead of tequila.“
“Elsewhere quickly became our favorite spot to hang when we moved to the area. The staff is so welcoming (special shot out to Chris for helping us without our crosswords!) and the food and drink menu are always being revamped with creativity and taste in mind. Whether its Wednesday evening after a jog or on Sunday afternoon for live tunes, we can't get enough of this place. Thank you Elsewhere crew!“
“great drinks, friendly bartenders and a cool atmosphere. they have regular events like karaoke and dungeons and dragons. they also rotate the arcade machines periodically throughout the year, i believe the current selection is available to view on their website but has many popular 80s and 90s multiplayer arcade games in various genres. they also have a room with couches, pinball and board games. there is an outdoor fenced in smoking section as well. the frozen mixed drinks are a personal favorite of mine. in the past they've sometimes had pop-up restaurant concepts hosted but don't, to my knowledge, ordinarily serve food of their own. great date spot, or to go with friends and play some games. it would be fun even without drinking if you're just wanting to play games.Parking: parking is catch as catch can. there are some paid lots in the area, as well as some limited street parking. but on a busy night, it can be tricky to find a space sometimes.“
“Came here for brunch with one of my friends and I enjoyed it. We went early at 12 soon as they opened. We don’t like being in places when it’s too crowded so we were happy with the vibe. As the day went on a few bigger groups (4-6 people in each group) came in but it still wasn’t too busy. We stayed for about 2 hrs. I had 2 mimosas, salmon croquettes & eggs. Delicious! The service was great very friendly server. The Manger is great too very nice guy, friendly, and you can tell he cares about his staff, business, and customers. I will definitely go again. Friday & Saturday they have a DJ and the place gets pretty packed from what the staff told us, and on Sundays they plan on having a live band & performances that hasn’t started yet but it’s coming soon.Parking: Parking is Free on the street. But if the spots in front of the Cigar bar are taken you have to find a spot or find a parking garage or lot near by.“
“My partner and I work as chefs in NC and came down to atl for a vacation. This place is so good we haven’t even left yet and have agreed to take the 4 hour drive back here again just to eat! The empanadas melt in your mouth, the prawn are insanely good and fresh, and the confit lamb tacos are so perfectly balanced with the flavors of the toppings. Not to mention the cocktails were amazing. We were lucky to be squeezed in without a reservation, our server was Shelby, who was anlso clearly running the bar and she absolutely KILLED it. For someone doing that much work she was amazingly attentive and personable. 10/10 service from Shelby, 10/10 food. Will be back for more no matter how long the drive is!“
“Kema was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing and so polite ! The food was so delicious and hot! The wings where so huge and delicious! I also had the carrot cake it was good and the Purple Haze was strong but it wasnt purple which was disappointing it was good thou! I really wished the music would stay on thou it was a good vibe until the music cut off!“
“March 2024Although the hostess seemed a bit shy upon entry, she quickly sat us and our server Johnny was attentive and gave good suggestions. We paid $50 total:Medium house, special pizza of six slices, and we’re able to take four slices home for lunch tomorrow.Caesar salad, with some really yummy Caesar dressing. It came with extra that we were able to dunk our pizza crust into upon Johnny’s suggestion. Two mock tails, the pineapple express, and the peach tea.Solid prices in my opinion.Whimsical and very colorful interior….definitely get stone vibes here. My partner said that the inside reminded him of an adult Chuck E. Cheese.Taste/Very delicious dressing for the Caesar salad.High-quality toppings and delicious chewy and crispy crust for the pizza.Pineapple express drink was refreshing and garnished well with a large slice of pineapple.I really like the price point here, it makes it easy to go on a nightcap and grab a few drinks at another establishment or within the mellow mushroom for under $100.We really enjoyed our early dinner experience around 7 PM on Tuesday. Straightforward menu paired with high-quality ingredients and Pleasant customer service makes this place a win for us.Bonus:We are not vegan, however, it was great to see a full vegan menu.Kid-friendliness: Yes“
“They don't split checks, they automatically add gratuity for parties, and they charge a cake cutting fee if you bring a cake.... Not big deals, but y'all should know about it.Otherwise, the pizza is really good and the beer is cold, though their selection is limited. They do try to have a few interesting beers on tap and a few classics. Good atmosphere.“
“Located inside of Krog Street Market, Hop City Craft Beer and Wine offers a bar setup and wine/beer shop all in one. I skipped over Hop City my first few visits to KSM before I moved to ATL but just had to check the store out after seeing all of the goods they had peering at me from the window. The wine/beer shop is actually pretty spacious and offers an insane amount of options. If you're looking for variety - this is where you need to be. I love a great craft beer and a fabulous bottle of wine, and I now know that I can always get those here. There are aisles and refrigerators full of craft beer from all over, IPAs, ciders, domestic, international - all of the above. The wine selection is just as impressive! The shop is never super crowded and it seems as though the team works the bar and the cash register at once, so you may wait a little second for assistance, but you get it! I was greeted and checked out with a friendly smile and didn't cringe at the bill for my handpicked selection of drinks. Definitely a fave for me when shopping for a bottle/can of something special!“
“Came here with my 14-year old to see Natalie Jane and Jessica Baio last night. Parking was pricey at $20 but WELL WORTH IT to not have to drive all over looking for parking. And parking was so close to the venue. The venue itself is excellent! So intimate, bathrooms were clean, free water provided (THANK YOU FOR THAT!!) and the staff was outstanding. We loved our experience and we will absolutely come back to this venue in the future!!“
“Love the atmosphere of this place. Old school decor and laid back. Food was good and I recommend the fish and chips and the chicken cheesecake. My friend had the wings and she said they were just alright. Although they bring the food to your table there is no waitress service and you go up to the bar to order. Good selection of beer as well as a full bar.“
“Stopped in for a bite and a couple drinks for a friends bday. The atmosphere is casual and dark and the service was fantastic. We ordered a few different dishes and some drinks including the oysters and steak tartar. While the steak tartar was delicious, the yucca chips were undercooked and scarce. Regarding the oysters, I would suggest you do not order them here. The oysters were tiny and they were served with one slice of lemon. Unfortunately, the kitchen was unable to provide any other toppings for the oysters, including horseradish, despite it being used in the steak tartar. These were some of the saddest oysters I've ever seen. The other food I tasted was pretty good, including the sorbet dessert we ordered. All of the staff I met were friendly and helpful. All in all, a bit pricey for the reality, especially considering the sad oysters.“
“Nice casual restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating right on the beltline. Their menu is seafood forward. Great place to stop for a quick bite while walking on the beltline or surrounding area. You will need to find parking on the street as there is no on-site parking. Not far from Krog St and along the ATL Beltline so it super easy to get to.Updating my review and bumping to 5-stars due to being as good or better than the first time. 3/17Parking: All street parking so spaces are first find. This is located within the Reynoldstown neighborhood where parking is very limited. I would park at Krog St then walk to the restaurant. Gives you a great opportunity to explore and walk off what you ate!Wheelchair accessibility: The patio is open and has ample room for wheelchair access. The interior is small so space will be tight. The outdoor area has the best views and ambiance.“
“We had the loveliest server, Parawita, and she made our experience so wonderful. So attentive and made us feel like royalty! We got the shrimp roll and chowder and they were both amazing. Fairly priced and good drinks too. Hope we can come again!“
“Hands down best hidden gem.. the food and drinks are a hit, down to the customer service. Tee(black) was so friendly and fun. I highly recommend this place, if you looking for some chill vibes and good food. One drink and I’m already feeling “
“Ok, first up: I consider this a "small neighborhood dive bar" ... So don't go thinking of saying this 5 stars is fancy or something fake like that.Clean: my shoes didn't stick to the floors. You'd be shocked at the nicer places who can't manage this simple task.Lots of bar stools! I go to a bar to sit at the bar. It hurts my heart when I go somewhere and they need another 10 feet of bar for more stools. The food is really well prepared but warning, it is kinda fancy, so if you eat like a 5 year old because you're autistic, don't go ordering the hummus. ? Got dayum the fries were great though. ? Seriously, I can't knock the hummus plate. I was impressed even knowing it wasn't what I really wanted.“
“Park Bar will make you wish you lived closer to ATL.I attending a conference and, as of right now have gone two nights in a row! First with a co-worker, and then solo for a pickup. The first evening had a small to medium crowd. Service was great, food was great, especially the wings. We both ordered the app combo. The wings were perfectly crispy. I ordered "hot". They were hot, but finger-licking-good...just order extra ranch.2nd evening, I ordered the "hot mess" burger, and let me tell you...it was so good that I just finished and I'm writing this review. I wasn't sure about pimento cheese, since I've never had it (I'm picky and have aversion to cold food), but it was so good (temp!) that I would eat it again tomorrow. Service: tonight was super busy due to a Hawks game, but the vibe was great and I was able to walk straight up to the bar to place my go order. Service was fast and friendly! It's an overall great place that I would frequent more often if I lived nearby!!“
“I'll admit, we ONLY went to eat, just so we could park there for a concert across the street. However, ?? we found that the food was Amazing, the service was great, and the owner/employees were fantastic. Good job guys!I would politely recommend they.....1. Expand the menu. (Will help to get repeat customers as we'll get burnt out fast on such a small selection)2. Include refills3. Include rolls/bread refills4. Include free glass of waterThanks guys! We'll see you soon as our daughter will be performing there. ?“
“I ordered the house special pizza and it was tasty, although it was only the small size, for the price it seems pretty good to me, the place is quite nice and has a calm atmosphere, there is a bar if you want to stay talking to someone and tables for sit outside. The only thing is that when they brought me the pizza they didn't bring me a napkin and I had to go ask for it but I'm sure it's a small oversight and it's normal.“
“I love going to this place Meisha is very attentive and made my drinks good and with a lil kick. The food is always fresh and made to order. Definitely a hidden gem and I also like how it’s pretty laid back and chill. Mike is my guy as well great personality and everyone is so friendly.Vegetarian options: Black bean burger is great and very tasty.“
“I discovered this little hidden gem outside of downtown Atlanta last night after a REALLY long day, when I searched “vegan food near me”… and I WILL be back!! Nestled in a little strip of shops, Bakaris pizza joint was just what I was looking for! Very chill, laid back atmosphere with cozy couches/coffee table seating. I found the menu impressive… Pizza, Beyond Burgers, Wraps, Salads (and some yummy sounding sides that I didnt get to try). We got the Ultra Vegan Deluxe Pizza… it did NOT disappoint!! The crust was DELICIOUS!! Fun drink selection, very fair prices… cool atmosphere… friendly service…. I have a Vegan Peanut Butter Tart in my fridge waiting to be eaten and I can barely hold myself back! Lol… Also has a few meat items available (no beef/pork) if thats your thing. So good! I can’t believe I’m the first review! Go give these folks some support!!“
“They got free cups of water so they already get a star for that. Bottled water is only three bucks so that's awesome too compared to a lot of other bars. Cool cozy atmosphere. The staff is hard working people. The fellow that runs it was down of bartender and a few other people but held it down. Actually felt sorry for the dude but he killed it like a boss. I'll be going back for sure.I couldn't leave us any stars for food because I didn't have any“
“Me and my lady randomly popped in last night. The atmosphere was cool and the owner was nice. The band was great! Most importantly, we loved that the menu actually showed you what liquor was in each drink.Plus, the drinks were reasonably priced, unlike the other spots in the A! This will definitely be a date night spot for us.“
“Went for the holiday pop-up. Was very cool how they had it set up. Christmas punk music and home alone, perfect. Drinks were great. It was slammed, but the bartenders kept up and still had smiles on their faces. Also really cool was every drink had a Christmas keepsake. I would go back on a regular night. Parking was easy too.“
“Took my grandma here after a long day.. we had an amazing time! We ordered a couple of cocktails that were great tasting and strong. We also ordered the honey bourbon chicken and the pineapple bowl.. both were delicious! Amazing customer service. The chef even came out to check on us as well. The restaurant was definitely a vibe. It was also a plus that this is a black owned restaurant! We will be returning.“
“Tatyana was so great, kind, and patient. A hiccup came up while I was in town for a convention and she did nothing but the best to accommodate even with the circumstances that came up. Go ahead and please give her a raise y’all because she deserves it 100% !“
“This place is a true gem especially if you like wings. When I went out didn't take me long at all to get my food. The wings were so crunchy and delicious, couldn't get enough of it. Mac and cheese was delicious as well.... Wish the Mac and cheese portion was a little bigger that's my only tiny complaint also wish it was open more often. Other than that I'd spend a good deal of my little money here.“
