“The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“I’m born and raised in Augusta Ga & have been going to this locations for years…. Me and my Special Needs son decided to visit this location and I decided to let him order by himself this particular day.. I passed the machine and pulled to the window because I felt as though an actual person had a better chance of understanding my baby than a robot….. I was greeted by this young lady with a smile on her face and the most polite attitude I may have came across in fast food. She asked how WE were doing and asked what we’d like to order. My baby told her the best he could as she helped him decide and TOOK HER TIME with him. My heart was racing so fast because I normally would have jumped in and finished out what he had to say. But this young lady was so patient with my baby it warmed my heart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. After I paid for our meal she then told me to give her a moment and began making our food. Within no time at all she was back food in hand with the same glory filled smile!!!!! I asked her name and thanked her and I BELIEVE it was Destiny or Jesstine?? However i just wanted to thank the kindhearted young lady with the blonde hair at this location once again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SWEETHEART. “My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was served well! It’s good to know that people do care about what they do at work!! What you do matters! Be the change you want to see in the world!“

“First time I've ever tried Chrckers. I got the half pound chicken bites and fries. The AI ordering was neat. The chicken bites were small but had a pretty good flavor. The fries were good. I didn't care for the honey mustard sauce. The sweet tea was really good. I'd eat there again.“

“This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.“

“Hidden gem in Augusta (I initially didn't want to share because I'm trying to gatekeep).

Delicious wings and the portion are unbeatable in the CRSA. These are easily some of the biggest wings I've seen around here. The owners are so nice and it makes the experience 100x better.

Try the Korean flavors!! They also sell other miscellaneous Korean items as well.

“One may have to wait for their food but I believe it's because they make it to order so it comes out hot and NOT cold (which I like). Food was good; however, one gets small portions for its sides. A lot of the sides are an additional charge so make sure you read the menu for up charges because it can surprise you. The staff at the drive through was nice.

Vegetarian options: Most of its sides besides the string beans.

Parking: Parking lot does have pot holes when exiting from the drive through.

Kid-friendliness: Does have a kids menu.“

My only complaint is the fries we're too seasoned,felt like I was ingesting sodium but besides the fries everything else was superb. “Reading through the reviews, I’m shocked. I go here with my family at least a couple times per month and receive elevated hospitality in a great atmosphere. We’re regularly checked on for refills and further care, and they keep the indoor playground clean and tidy.

“Very exquisite beef, they do in fact have the meats. Restaurant is always clean and the food comes fast. The manager is a really cool guy. I usually go twice a month or so. They have a really cool bell that I always ring.

“we ordered a cherry limeade with extra cherries. even asked the guy did he put extra cherries in it? he said yes.....they even charged me for the extra cherries. it was $4.09 for a medium. we gave guy $5 and he forgot my change when he brought the drink...... worst sonic ever..... this isn't first time this has happened here. Manager on duty hung up when I called to complain. horrible customer service and product at this location! will find another business to give my $$$ too........“

“Not really an atmosphere as it's sitting outside at one of the like 3 or 4 tables. Mostly pickup and go. Only thing I don't like is that mobile orders have to use the left drive thru and if you are the only one in the car you'll have to be stretching/reaching over to get your order.“

“Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.“
