“The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“The better question is, why are you reading this post rather than sitting in the Costco food court enjoying an affordable, delicious treat?I know you can get more flavors at DQ or Cold Stone, but if you want a sundae, you really should just come to Costco. The texture is like thick, creamy silk, and the toppings are divine. Plus, you cannot beat the price ($2.69 with tax).

“First time I've ever tried Chrckers. I got the half pound chicken bites and fries. The AI ordering was neat. The chicken bites were small but had a pretty good flavor. The fries were good. I didn't care for the honey mustard sauce. The sweet tea was really good. I'd eat there again.“

“I visited my FAVORITE Jersey Mike's today. My favorite smiley guy Haden, suggested I try their New Classic Pastrami sub. (which I did).
It was simply delicious, it was neatly prepared and omg...it had a generous portion of meat and fixins, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you again, smiling guy for the recommendation. I'll admit, I always feel good about spending my money at this establishment.... it doesn't come with a negative ATTITUDE like other restaurants in the area. !!

“I gave atmosphere a 3* because I stopped just off interstate and they were so understaffed that I interrupted 2 of the 3 employees break. Sooo I get why they weren't the happiest bubbly people I've come to love from the Krystal staff across the state.“

“There’s never consistency whenever visiting. I took a chance tonight because of my craving for a good fish sandwich and it definitely caught me by surprise. Von & Shep made our order fresh. Von was very nice and made sure everything was correct and met all expectations, even though it doesn’t seem like much but hands down they are the only two who should be running Checkers. “This Arby’s in Martinez, Ga on Washington Road is probably one of the best “fast food” restaurants there is in regards to food quality and service. Their service is on par to chick-fil-a. I went through the drive-thru today to pick up a mobile order, and after checking the bag to make sure my order was correct, I noticed they accidentally gave me a 4 piece mozzarella sticks instead of one of the 3-piece chicken strips that I ordered. They not only let me keep the mozz sticks that I never touched and tried it return, they also gave me sauce to go with it and the chicken strips that were missing. They were super nice, friendly, patient, understanding and accommodating. They gave me extra sauces that I requested too without giving me a hard time. I’m always side-eyed by fast food customer service employees, even after I tell them that I’m willing to pay any extra fee for extra sauce. This Arby’s is great as are their employees. Nice work.“

“Rice & wings combo w/garlic Parmesan. Fries & wings combo w/Thai chili. Fries came out piping hot & plenty of it. Wings were small but meaty & crunchy. Thai chili sauce was so good. Garlic Parmesan was perfect. Fried rice with veggies & egg was my favorite thing. Definitely worth a return visit! Clean place with 6 tables. Wait time was normal. Good service.“

“My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was served well! It’s good to know that people do care about what they do at work!! What you do matters! Be the change you want to see in the world!“

“I've had fresher, hotter, and better tasting beef n cheddar sandwiches when they were not on any deal. My food tasted pre-made like it was sitting on o hot station for a while. Why bother with value when I have to sacrifice the quality and freshness of the food I'm eating. I've never had this problem at this location before. My food is usually spot on. Not this time.“

“The food was astonishing. Staff were very nice and we're very helpful with getting out your order. My only complaint is the fries we're too seasoned,felt like I was ingesting sodium but besides the fries everything else was superb. I recommend their sweet tea,as it gives the right amount of sugar to start your day.“

“Not really an atmosphere as it's sitting outside at one of the like 3 or 4 tables. Mostly pickup and go. Only thing I don't like is that mobile orders have to use the left drive thru and if you are the only one in the car you'll have to be stretching/reaching over to get your order.“

Delicious wings and the portion are unbeatable in the CRSA. These are easily some of the biggest wings I've seen around here. The owners are so nice and it makes the experience 100x better.

Try the Korean flavors!! They also sell other miscellaneous Korean items as well.

It's a hole in the wall with good food and good service. It's the kind of place that should be featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives!“

“One may have to wait for their food but I believe it's because they make it to order so it comes out hot and NOT cold (which I like). Food was good; however, one gets small portions for its sides. A lot of the sides are an additional charge so make sure you read the menu for up charges because it can surprise you. The staff at the drive through was nice.

Vegetarian options: Most of its sides besides the string beans.

Parking: Parking lot does have pot holes when exiting from the drive through.

Not just remembered me but also the conversation we had the prior week and asked about how things turned out. You don’t find people like that in this type of business anymore. “Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.“

“I decided to stop here for a quick lunch and was dreading going in because every fast food restaurant now is just a complete shit show . But to my surprise, this Arby’s needs to be the standard for all other fast food restaurants. I had my food in less than a minute. The person working on the counter didn’t roll their eyes while taking my order. This was right in the middle of lunchtime, rush, and whenever they got any kind of a breather instead of getting on their phone And doing nothing they went out in the dining area and clean tables. There was not a drop of food on the floor tables were clean. They came by and talk to you asked you if you needed anything. One of the ladies actually gave me a holiday coupon book. It’s nice to know that people still care about what they’re doing and whoever owns this Arby’s needs to give these workers a bonus For going above and beyond in this day and age !“
