“I love the butter biscuits! They are the best, like homemade!! The cinnamon raisin are one of a kind!! Love those, big time. That's why everybody sits in line outside for drive thru. They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

“We tried the deep fried turkey sandwich, didn't look anything like the sandwich on the commercial, why does the restaurant industry show such good looking sandwiches, just to let down the customer, should be false advertising, don't waste your money like I did“

“Food was great. The four for service is because we had to tell the sandwich maker what we were going to order before we actually ordered at the register. The issue is he was behind the tall counter and I couldn't see or hear him. I appreciate that they were trying to keep the line moving but I had to repeat myself several times because of the physical barrier of the counter.“

The menu on the boards are too confusing!! The manager “CINDY” was damn rude about the fact I was confused. Embarrassed me in front of other customers, lied about me IN FRONT OF other CUSTOMERS!!! She made false accusations!! We have had probably about three different times where our meal wasn’t correct and YES I had them fix it ! So DAMN WHAT!!!!!!!!!! I work HARD FOR MY DAMN MONEY!!!!! If it ain’t right then apologize and fix it! I’ll be talking to a lawyer on this one! She really embarrassed me then I at the end embarrassed myself I was so upset!! We can spend our money at Chic’fil a or KFC, their mashed potatoes and biscuits are way better anyway oh and that’s another thing, the chicken biscuits in the morning TOTALLY fall apart, so that sucks too! We come to jacks a lot, never again will I spend my money in this place, ever!!!!!

“I just went through the drive thru. The lady was very nice that took my order. The order was correct and was made nicely not just thrown together. The condiments were in the bag along with napkins. It was somewhat busy. I hope the manager sees this at gives some recognition to all that works there. Great job!“

I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

“We came to Kystals tonight on Fort O to just grab a late night snack for 2. We had no idea they closed at 12 now and came 10 til closing. The gentleman explained to us they close soon, but still proceeded to cook our meals fresh and bring them out. She was super sweet and didn't seem annoyed at all when I was unsure of what I wanted, and she gave me a great recommendation too!“

“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person.
