As I arrive to claim my mobile order, I’m often greeted with sweet smiles and serving hands. The atmosphere is incredible, as I often use this place to study my Bible on my lunch break. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re making a Big Mistake!“

“Great customer service. Had breakfast and silly me didn't realize that they didn't have ketchup for their hash browns. And a nice gentleman behind the counter said he had some in his lunch box. I told him it was ok. But he saw that we had kids with us and he knew how it was to eat hash browns without ketchup and gave us plenty to eat with the good taco bell food. Such a blessing. It's the simple things when people go above customer service they actual are what we all are supposed to be. Just plain nice and caring! Amazing job guys!“

They stand in line for counter service. On Saturday morning every fast food place gets plenty of customers. But if you want Hardee's, the line is around the block, inside and outside!! That's not because servers are slow, no. It's because everyone chooses Hardee's as the best tasting food, period. I can't understand why they don't serve breakfast all day!! They would get the business, that's for sure! Instead, the parking lot is empty all afternoon and night! Do they not want to make a load of money? Services for breakfast all day is what people want. “This location has 2 ladies that work the front of house and grill that make this place the best Krystal location in town. The store is clean, the service is with real effort and the food is perfect. When a Krystal burger is cooked right, it's like cotton candy, it melts in your mouth. Love these 2 ladies. Been coming here for years.“

Originally from Atlanta, we always had the best wings from a certain “shack” so after a year of being in Chattanooga, we found it! “Nestled inside a gas station hides the greatest fried chicken, gizzards, livers, and turnip greens in all of Chattanooga.

Try it at your own risk as it will ruin you for other establishments. Especially the turnip greens and cornbread muffins combined.“

“A typical Hardee's. Everything is what you would expect. The drive thru is crowded in the morning and service can be a little slow at times but the workers are always friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place for a quick breakfast on the way to work.“

I visited the steak 'n shake while I was out of town which is this one and it was much different than my locations in Florida having to order at a counter and then go sit down and pick up your food. It just seems like not the steak 'n shake way. It was good but it could have been better.“

“Edited review: Previously one star. People make mistakes and deserve a second chance. I was harsh, but the facts I stated were factual. 2 months later I came back in for a smashburger and this time, no pickles just like I had requested. I wish i liked pickles but I hate them and believe all pickles are created by Satan himself in the darkest part of hell. Jokes aside, they redeeemed themselves. My only regret is I forgot to tip and i always tip. I feel bad about it and I will be back. To the store manager thank you for calling me to rectify the matter.“

“We’ve had the same delivery person from the Ft Oglethorpe, Ga location for 20 plus yrs. Just found out tonight he has logged in more than 1.4 million miles since beginning his career in 2002 and estimates added $7 million dollars revenue to the company. I wish i knew his name. He’s always been considerate and polite. I feel Pizza Hut corporate should recognize an employee that been so dedicated & loyal over so many years. If there ever were an employee deserving of recognition he Is the person. “Walked in to a small line, short wait. The kitchen worker was walking in from I think walking someones food to their car he was walking quickly with purpose. The food was made very quickly and was to my knowlege the best Arbys I've had in a long time. The lobby could use a wipe down but we found a clean table. Good overall experice.“

“My sister and I stopped for a bite to eat on our way home from work. Usually the customer service is subpar at best but this day, it was excellent. From the time we pulled up until we got our food and left, the service was great. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location. I get to the window and am greeted with a big warm greeting and smile. Despite confirming my order at the speaker, I was rang up for a smaller combo and instantly noticed the smaller drink size. The cashier verified that I was rang up for a medium instead of a large and was happy to fix that. All smiles the whole time. Completely changed my mood for the better! “Our Sonic on Battlefield Pkwy in Ft. Oglethorpe is always great. The drive thru is usually quick and the person working the window always has a smile. This is definitely our favorite place to get a milkshake or onion rings and if you have the Sonic app it's even better because you get great deals!“

“This is one of my favorite dining options on campus, with its many healthy options and chicken melts coming in at under $10 with a drink. It's located right inside Lupton Hall, which makes it just a short walk away from many classrooms. That does mean a slightly longer line after a class ends, and sometimes a long wait, but overall it's a great option.“

“This is the best McDonald's location in the region. You can visit this location and find a clean restaurant with friendly staff that offers freshly cooked food. I can't say the same for the Fort Oglethorpe, GA or East Ridge and Chattanooga, TN locations, especially in the evening hours. This location does it right!“

“10 out of 10! If Tasha there hasn't had a raise in the past 30 days, she needs one asap! I go completely out of town just to enjoy a good, clean subway and this location is it! Thankfully I also work in the area and able to come more often. I have worked for subway in the past myself and I have to say she does an amazing job! The place is clean, smells fresh, all the food in the bar was fully stocked and fresh, lobby full of people and I barely had to wait at all. I can't compliment her work ethic and this locations job well done, enough!“
