“This location has earned my business! Stopped by in the drive-thru last night a little before close and ordered a couple of chili-cheese dogs. When I got home I opened the packages and found that they had the other toppings I asked for, but no chili or cheese on any of them. It was too late for me to go back, so I took photos of the food and saved the receipt, and when I went back today the manager the manager replaced my order for free plus a milkshake. GREAT service all around!“

“I’ve always enjoyed 5 Guys for a burger and fries. The pricing hasn’t always been the best but the food has been consistently good. So, I keep retuning and returning. One thing I wished all restaurants would let their staff know: “Do Not sweep” the floor when customers are eating. It stirs up dust, it’s unsanitary and it’s just stupid!!! The interior was clean and welcoming. They have some cool retro decorations ranging from Barbie to Star Wars to Roy Orbison in their case. The paintings in the windows were also lovely and welcoming.

“One of if not the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The chicken and rice were so incredibly flavorful that I can't wait to come back. $25 to feed two people is a steal for what you get. The girl at the register also handled an upset customer during our visit professionally. This customer was really rude for no reason after not getting her cup through the drive thru. She straight up reached over the counter and snatched a second cup out of the worker's hand when she accidentally grabbed two to hand to them. Protect and respect this place please. It's a treasure.“

“The church street location is the best Zaxbys location I have been to. The team members are quick and efficient in both the drive-thru and inside. The team members always greet you with a welcoming atmosphere. They are quick and don’t hesitate to give you extra sauces if needed. You can tell that the team members really value their job as a lot of the same employees have worked at this locations for years.“
