She's wonderful at helping her coworkers become better versions of their self. Each time I visit the restaurant shes always busy doing something. She is very detail oriented. “When I came the restaurant was a little busy. I was greeted and asked to give them a few minutes. Ban, the cashier, helped me with my order. She was very apologetic for the wait. I really appreciated her customer service, great attitude, and the way she carried herself. Ban was taking orders, fixing orders, and I even watched her clean the lobby. Ill most definitely come back.“

“Everything there was great. Food was easy to order with plenty to choose from. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The food was delievered to our table shortly after we sat down. It arrived warm and tasty. The store was exceptionally clean and pleasant. Will will be visiting again and quite often.“

“I went inside to eat. The food was good. It was a pretty normal experience. There are only two single person (male/female) restrooms. I’m sure when it is busy inside there could be a long wait. Fortunately it was not too crowded when I ate there.“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“I had a pimento grilled chicken sandwich and it was creamylicious. The grilled chicken patty was kind of small though. But I don't know if they can help that. I also had a peach milkshake. It was excellent. I was unaware that there were little graham like bits in it, but it was delightful. Shoutout to Aiden who was attentive, and that guy who wanted to take everyone's trash lol“

“Hello every time I order from here I always have a poor experience when I put in an order to Uber eats and it gets picked up from this location. I always ordered the loaded fries and it look like they just throw the fries in there. They don’t even care the fries be cold I have burnt bacon. It don’t be fresh at all this location in this specific Zaxby’s is making all of the Zaxby’s corporations look like trash. If I go to any other Zaxby’s, they immediately give me great customer service, and what I ask for when I order, but this is the only one that don’t care and is sad“

“The service here was excellent! The two gentlemen — one who took my order and the other who handled the payment — were both welcoming and friendly. I know it’s a food spot inside a gas station, but don’t let that fool you — the food was delicious!

I ordered the Krunchy Box, which comes with two pieces of chicken, steak fries, and a biscuit — all for under $9! Everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
