“If Anya isn't a manager she definitely should be. The way she really knows her stuff. She's excellent at upselling the product. She's wonderful at helping her coworkers become better versions of their self. Each time I visit the restaurant shes always busy doing something. She is very detail oriented. I'll keep coming back as long as she works there.“

“We stopped at this location to pick up breakfast on our way to Orlando. When we walked in, there was an entire track team ordering, but the manager was taking all their orders so other customers could order in the regular line. We were worried a bit as thought it would take a while to order and get our breakfast. Sydney was our cashier - he was very personable, friendly and helpful. After ordering, we went to fix our drinks and they called our name as our order was ready. Very quickly. This is an efficiently run CFA. We will definitely stop at this location again in our travels. “Our food was so good. We stopped by randomly and they absolutely delivered. The staff was kind and attentive! The food we were served looked even better than the photos. The chicken itself was perfectly cooked and crispy without too much breading and the sauces were the perfect amount of spicy with tons of fresh onions. Can't wait to be back for more!“

“Have rarely had issues with the food but most of the time the employees are rude, I asked for grilled kiddie finger which is something that’s not on the menu as an item but can make it and manager has approved it every time I go there. The issue I run into is I ask for this item for my daughter and they tell me right away it can’t be made then I ask them to ask the manager and they give me an attitude as they raise their voice. I try to keep calm but they just push it too much. Wish it could be put on the menu so I don’t run everytime into the same issue since go to this place pretty regularly“

“Barbara has 10/10 customer service. She has a very positive attitude while maintaining quality service. If anyone should get employee of the month it should be her. I come to this chic fil an all the time and have never received such quality service. The food being good is a given but the service has never been better.“

“Hello every time I order from here I always have a poor experience when I put in an order to Uber eats and it gets picked up from this location. I always ordered the loaded fries and it look like they just throw the fries in there. They don’t even care the fries be cold I have burnt bacon. It don’t be fresh at all this location in this specific Zaxby’s is making all of the Zaxby’s corporations look like trash. If I go to any other Zaxby’s, they immediately give me great customer service, and what I ask for when I order, but this is the only one that don’t care and is sad“

“Cleanest and managed Zaxbys I have ever visited. Outstanding customer service and someone was cleaning and wiping all the time. I presume the manager took our order but was wiping and cleaning also, and even spoke with have a great weekend as we departed. Great job Rincon Zaxbys!“

“It's nice to see upon the entry, the cleanliness of anywhere you may go to eat. I'm always impressed with this KFC, because of there dining area being spotless. The front dining area tells you alot about the food prep area, and when the front is so clean as here, rest assured the food area is as well. The sweet tea containers even are marked as to the time they are to be refilled. Many condiments that you may want are available without having.to ask. Buffet is temporarily closed due to Covid, but the drive thru service moves fast. They offer high chairs for children, and tables wiped clean and sanitized after use. The food is always fresh, very tasty, and hot. My favorite is the pot pies. Delicious... I also liked how the manager, Julie Ellis, had everyone working in unison and as a team which is rare for \"fast food\" establishments nowadays. “The service here was excellent! The two gentlemen — one who took my order and the other who handled the payment — were both welcoming and friendly. I know it’s a food spot inside a gas station, but don’t let that fool you — the food was delicious!

I ordered the Krunchy Box, which comes with two pieces of chicken, steak fries, and a biscuit — all for under $9! Everything was hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
