“I stopped by for a rib sandwich, but they were out of ribs. I ended up getting the rib tips, fries, and a tropical punch instead, and I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious. The rib tips were flavorful, the fries were great, and the tropical punch was the perfect addition to the meal. I'll definitely be back again.“

“I stopped by South Fork because I was craving authentic southern food. I was visiting the city and staying just 3 minutes away, so my cousins and I decided to check it out. We ordered catfish, mac and cheese, cornbread, and corn. It was by far one of the BEST soul food I've ever had, very authentic. I didn't feel bloated or gross afterward, which is a huge plus. The food tasted way better than the place looked. Super affordable, and out order came out in just 15 minutes.“

“The food here is amazing . The people are so welcoming and the customer service is phenomenal! I came in with my boyfriend that stumbled across this gem and they did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and made just like grandma house . The people are so inviting the food is so tasty this definitely gave me all reasons to come back and highly recommend . “Food was absolutely delicious. I had baked white meat chicken, collards, rice and gravy, sweet tea and peach cobbler. Chicken was amazing!! Hot, fresh, seasoned perfect and falling off the bone.

“I was told about this location from my Ma and even tho I got to the location during closing time I was still greeted warmly with smiles and excitement. Excellent service and food is top tier… this place is home away from home.. yall slide through.. they close at 7 so get here early cause I guarantee food don’t last long!!!!“

“This is the best bar on the southside. Manny is the best bartender in my opinion. He always acknowledges you when you come in and makes sure you have a good time. Nick and a few other staff also are good about stepping in to help out it make's your experience great. This bar gives you that home away from home vibe most of us in our 30s look for.“

“I have ordered from her several times. We have tried several things, so here you go: Wings (honey hot are the bomb), beef hot dogs and fries are good. Turkey wings were good but could've been more tender. Cabbage and Mac and cheese (nah, not good) Philly Cheese Steak ( salty as hell) Do Not Try if you have Diabetes. Definitely a waste of money. Cornbread Dressing tasted more like cornbread (says my husband) Her customer service is GREAT!!! She's friendly and understanding. We will definitely order again. We'll just order what we know is good.“

“Based on experience, when a business brag on their food, it usually doesn’t measure up. Happy to say, this was not the case with Screen House. The smoked wings and ribs were flavorful. When you don’t need sauce, it’s truly a sign of well seasoned meat. Although the Mac and cheese and greens were not the freshest, they were still tasty and I’ll attribute it to the time of day. I will absolutely add the restaurant to my rotation and look forward to tasting other delicacies.“

“Sarah 'put her foot" in every dish. Fried chicken and pork chops were spectacular. Had black-eyed peas, Collard greens, green beans, candied Yams and fried Okra. No frozen veggies here! All fresh and delicious. Rolls and Cornbread muffins were special, too. ❤️ this place!“

“Fast, cheap and tasty. A classic meat-and-three southern diner. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Excellent value for the price; you can get a square meal with a protein and lots of veggies for like $10. For maximum ambience, eat your food there and watch some Judge Judy.“

“We came to eat after a USATF Region 4 Junior Olympic Track Meet. We left with our bellies full and food enough to take back to our hotel because of the hefty portion size. Our food was hot and delicious! Ms. Sadie is down to earth! Come check her out!“
