Everything was delicous, but what stole the show was the soy garlic chicken. I enjoyed how it wasn't overly fried & didnt taste greasy. Service was quick, friendly & checked in often. “Place order on line for curbside pickup. Click I’m here twice and let them know I was at curbside #2 after 10 minutes had to walk in and get my food. Let one of the employees know what had happened and she never said a word just gave me an eat hit look and walked off. I’ve been eating here since it opened and it is going downhill fast.“

“On Father’s Day, I stopped by Zaxbys and ordered a Zax Pack, but I was unsure about which sauces to choose, a young lady named Akirah (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) kindly helped me with great recommendations that went well with my meal. The food was fresh and very enjoyable. She also made sure I had everything I needed, including plates, which was very convenient. Overall, her respectful and helpful service made my visit a pleasant one, and I would gladly come again.“

The guy at the drive-thru intercom had the most sweet and nice energy, it was a very short interaction but made me feel so special the whole day. But not only that, she knew exactly what to do to fix a small problem and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. “I went inside to place my order. It felt like 100 degrees outside. The air inside was on super blast, so happy about that. The drive thru was wrapped around the building. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and working diligently to fulfill the orders. So glad they were opened on the 4th of July holiday. Nearby chicken restaurants were closed. Zaxby’s received all of the overflow. Well worth the wait. See you next week!“

“Hard to give an unfavorable review at a Chik-fil-A location, but… I am a frequent customer on Saturday mornings. Numerous times I am one of the first customers inside, only to find out that the coffee is not ready, really? Today, I was told again, coffee would be five minutes. Then after the next five customers after me, received their food, including coffee, I went to the front counter to check on my food order. After apologizing, the food arrived, the sandwich was wrong, and I received two cups of coffee, a bonus :). Excuse given, “sorry, we had a rough opening today.” Sadly that is a weak excuse. Please do better with managing the opening. I will change my Saturday morning routine for awhile, maybe one less customer will make the opening easier. Quite frustrated with this location for now.“
