“Upon my last visit a tlyear ago at least, I was stun by the great customer service here now, good people person skills displayed by Mayode, and Adunola. Food was prepared and they was patient with me and my 3sandwiches, I will be back to this location on the regular now.“

There was no ice in it and the lids they had was scattered all over the place. When I asked them about the ice they told they didn't have any. Wish they would have told me before hand. “Let me first start off by saying the manager Michael was not lying when he said he mastered the Philly sub it was the best Philly cheese steak I've had in a long time the bread was soft meat well seasoned, fresh veggies and hot off the grill. “I ordered the blt+A which is the bacon lettuce tomato, with avocado. It was absolutely delicious. I got the Mac n cheese as a side, and my only complaint with the mac n cheese, is that it's a bit too... cheesy, but this won't effect my rating because I know a lot of people prefer it that way. Much better under new management the old owner was a pain in the Ass and be careful because he now worked in the Subway by Wells Fargo, Burger King, Ihop, Staples Area In Fayetteville Ga only difference he's not the owner there.“

“We visited this particular spot for lunch during the 'French Quarter Festival' with no regrets. It is located within the French Market. The reviews mentioned their 'Muffuletta', which we ordered, along with some sangria to drink, and they were all good. The sandwich was freshly made and tasted spectacular, just how a 'Muffuletta' should be. They served a nice-sized Sangria which was up-to-par, as well. It was a nice, cozy little place to stop by and have one of their specialties while seated across from it.“

“Today, I ordered three subs: a #56 Giant, a #13 Giant, and a #7 Regular. Unfortunately, one of the associates accidentally handed my Uber driver only one of the three subs. When the driver arrived, I realized two were missing. After addressing the issue with the delivery service and receiving a refund, I still felt the need to resolve things with the store.

When I called, the manager answered and immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. After explaining what happened, the manager not only apologized but also offered me an extra sub of my choice (Regular or Giant) as a way to make up for the inconvenience. I chose a Giant, and it felt like a genuine gesture of care and acknowledgment of the mistake.

I want to commend the manager for their approach, especially compared to the dismissive attitudes I’ve experienced at some other sub shops.
