“I love ahonui when I am in the mood for take-out that’s also healthy and made of whole-foods. I am not a vegetarian, but I really like the food here. I always get the protein focaccia sandwich and warrior cold-pressed juice. I also love their salted chocolate chip cookie when I am in the mood for a sweet treat. It’s large and on the chewier side!“

“We are shave ice nerds and try shave ice whenever we are in Hawaii. This is in our top 3 across the islands. The mango syrup was incredible. Our coconut one needed a bit more and the gal mentioned even before we took it that we should come back for more syrup if it was dry. They were great. I like ice cream but it wasn't even needed because the ice was so smooth and the syrups so flavorful.“

My husband got the combo plate with the fukake fried poke and the ribeye and it was mouth watering. ALL the flavor and juiciness you could imagine. I 1000000000000% would recommend.“

“My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. I built my own grinds plate(hope I used the proper grammatical structure?). I chose the Chinese marinated pork belly and shrimp with salad and noodles. THE BOMB YO! BROK DA MOUT! My wife and I shared it and we were both stuffed. The location is quiet, super clean, lots of shady benches(not shady as in Slim Shady-LOL) and the small customer-only restroom was spotless. There are not many food trucks here and we did not try the others, so I cannot help you there. Kudos though to all the truck owners(they refer to themselves as “tenants”) for they all pitch in to keep this space invitingly attractive.“

“Really good Filipino food. Extra large servings! Freshly cooked so it was a bit of a wait but very much worth the time. Our group of 10 people really enjoyed all the dishes especially the grilled pork, pompano and bangus. Forgot to take photos of the food as we dug right in! Worth the trip! Jayboy himself cooked the dishes then came out to have a nice chat with our group. Friendly guy.“

My wife enjoyed the Kakuni soup and the noodles were es expected - DELICIOUS! Also didn't know Soba was a complete protein, added bonus. The sushi rolls were good, but I did find it odd for the price that we only got a half roll (6 pieces). I think price-wise a full roll is to be expected, but everything seemed handmade and tasted clean and yummy. Water was always full, super nice server, and the mochi was the best I've had“

Food and selection were great, quick, and supported with friendly service. It was bust but didn't take too long to get to our table of nine.
