“Thankful I got a chance to try Anohui today just before flying out! Turned out to be my favorite meal of my vacation in Maui. Lots of covered seating in the food truck area. Fast and friendly service. Ordered the following: - Hawaiian Tropic smoothie: delicious and flavorful! - The Chipa Waffle: really unique and tasty dish; surprisingly filling despite somewhat small portion; really yummy creamy cashew cream - Veggie Focaccia Sandwich: quite possibly the best vegan panini I’ve had (tasted similar to a vegan version of a caprese sandwich); same delicious cashew cream; very substantial in terms of portion size Wish I discovered this vegan truck earlier in my trip because I would have definitely come back!“

“We are shave ice nerds and try shave ice whenever we are in Hawaii. This is in our top 3 across the islands. The mango syrup was incredible. Our coconut one needed a bit more and the gal mentioned even before we took it that we should come back for more syrup if it was dry. They were great. I like ice cream but it wasn't even needed because the ice was so smooth and the syrups so flavorful.“

“My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. I built my own grinds plate(hope I used the proper grammatical structure?). I chose the Chinese marinated pork belly and shrimp with salad and noodles. THE BOMB YO! BROK DA MOUT! My wife and I shared it and we were both stuffed. The location is quiet, super clean, lots of shady benches(not shady as in Slim Shady-LOL) and the small customer-only restroom was spotless. There are not many food trucks here and we did not try the others, so I cannot help you there. Kudos though to all the truck owners(they refer to themselves as “tenants”) for they all pitch in to keep this space invitingly attractive.“

“My wife is a soba connoisseur. This is mainly because she is very picky about her food. She loved the soba noodles, and I did too - though I am not a connoisseur. It's obvious from the bite of the noodles that it's made with 100% buckwheat. I especially enjoyed the black cod, and the crunch of the toasted buckwheat on the spicy tuna rolls. The lighting, decor, ambience, and crockery were all clearly thoughtfully selected. Service was also very warm. Soba, good people, and great ambience. What's not to like!“
