“Loved everything about this place. Decent amount of room both inside and on the patio for sitting and dining in. Large portions, and it was all delicious. Got a salmon bagel, banana muffin, acai bowl, and a paniolo breakfast. A regular coffee and a double dirty chai. All very tasty, and service was quick and super friendly. And they didn't really need to be since there's not a lot of sit down breakfast options up here. Would definitely visit again next time my family and I are in Maui/upcountry.“

“Slightly off the main road, but certainly worth the detour. There is free parking across the way where the park is and a crosswalk nearby, so there was no hassle getting there. Excellent service and great ambiance. There was good entertainment in the picnic table area on a Sunday night. The crispy tofu sliders and the happy nachos were great options. They also gave us some bonus food items that were also fantastic. Never had anything like this food before, but would highly recommend. Purple lemonade was perfect, not too sour or sweet, tasted homemade. Absolutely will return here before leaving Hawaii.Parking: Park across the street in the parking lot next to the park. Then use the crosswalk on S. Kihei. Short walk and free. This was in the evening and on the weekend.“

“What a gem of a place! All natural ingredients grabbed our attention to experience a healthier shaved ice for our Hawaii vacation. The chill vibe kept us there. Thomas was awesome, super down to earth, and great to chat with. Make sure to splurge for the ice cream with macadamia nuts on the bottom of your shaved ice — it was mind blowing!“

“We found this place by searching great reviews, and it did not disappoint! From the freshly-caught giant portion of mahi that was grilled to order right in front of us (thanks, Blake!), to the tasty sauces and sides, to the cheerful and helpful service (shout out to Leyla!), we are hooked (get it?). We will shout this place from the rooftops, even back home in Seattle (where we also have great, fresh seafood)! Come here any time you get the chance!!!“

“Very well located in the South Maui Gardens in a sweet and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of food choices around this vendor offers the must delicious twist (smooth and sweet) on Shave Ice I tried. Condensed milk and good quality add ons. Let the milk infuse a couple of minutes over the refreshing ice core. Fruits around and toppings add texture and taste. Simply delicious. Went twice and my favorite was the individual size with condensed milk, lychee and peach for fruits. Tried Ube as well (fun factor) but surprisingly preferred the condensed milk. Minute difference though so enjoy the color you want. Service is great, but Just beware of hours as I was successful 2 twice but tried another 2 times and they closed at least 1 hour+ earlier than hours displayed at their shop. Still worth the effort, go indulge one of their threats.“

“Fantastic place! Love being able to order before being seated. Great food and atmosphere; had to go twice! Once for Breakfast, another for dinner. Had the pleasure of listening to local live music the night of our second visit. Must go when visiting Maui!“

“If you are staying near Wailea or passing through Kihei you definitely need to try this Shave Ice. You can get traditional ice with typical syrup flavors (like tigers blood, blue Hawaiian, root beer, lychee, coconut, piña colada, guava, fruit punch and so many more).Or you can get shaved fruit. It’s really amazing. The flavors are subtle but delicious! The ice is so fluffy! You can get it plain but I recommend getting with ice cream and topped with coconut drizzle. They take credit cards and cash. ($6 for a small, $9 for a large). It’s basically a food truck (an adorable VB bus named Gus) parked along the street but it’s definitely worth trying the shaved fruit (especially if you like more natural flavors). Next time I go, I’ll take a picture. I was too distracted by the deliciousness this time. ?“

“I have literally stopped getting dressed for my own wedding to write this. My fiancé just brought this to me to make sure I wouldn’t starve before dinner. I was planning to only have half of my sandwich (The Porkie) so I wouldn’t bloat but I could not stop. This was an 11/10. Possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. As a total foodie, thank you for making the best day of my life even better. Absolutely phenomenal food.“

“The coffee is fantastic. Smooth and balanced cold brew. The prices are much more reasonable than their two local competitors: Kraken and Lava Java. Their prices for a brewed/iced coffee are easily 30-40% lower than other independent shops. The setting though is idyllic!! BEAUTIFUL garden Courtyard! Absolutely stunning, so relaxing and my absolute favorite.“

“This was my kids’ favorite part of our Maui trip. Actual quotes: “100 times better than Kona ice.” (And they love Kona ice). “Can we come back here everyday?” (We tried a different place yesterday and came back to Peace, Love, Shave Ice the today). “Ok, let’s go on our hike, and then let’s come back here.” ?Only way to improve is to add more seating and shade.“

“This place was so great we had to go back a second time. Amazing selection of freshly baked pastries. The malasadas were quite good, and if you've never had one you should for sure get them as they are the most popular. Lilikoi or ube were our favorites. But don't let them fool you, this is a true full bakery and the rest of their pastries are just as good if not better. The scones and quiches in particular were unbelievable.“

“Consistently amazing food. One of the few trucks on the island that you feel like you've had a healthy and super tasty meal. The side salad is so delicious and the cook/server is super kind and helpful. This truck is the only one that I know of that asks to be paid after your food is served.“

“Stopped by after a morning walk on the beach for some coffee. We had a mocha and an americano and both were excellent. It did take a decent amount of time to get them, so don’t be in a rush. “Wow did we miss this shaved ice place. This brand is our absolute favorite and we always look forward to it when we are in Maui. Typically we used to visit their Lahaina location but we now visited this location. We were able to stop by twice during our visit and neither time did they disappoint. The flavors are top notch. The ice is top notch, the service of the associates and their ability to make the shaved ice quickly is all top notch. They have a single picnic table so there is limited space to sit but people don't mind as only a few people sit. It was all around a great experience.“

“Our favorite shave ice on Maui!!! Hands down. I kept telling my family how amazing it is, but we got gross and mediocre ice multiple times before we made it here. It's the shaved ice of my dreams, and my family now gets it! Guava, lychee, passion fruit, mango. Mmmmmm.“

“Stumbled upon this place while looking for coffee during our morning walk. This is such a unique coffee shop in Kihei. They also sell a lot of cute merchandise and their own coffee if you would like to buy it as souvenirs for family and friends.Service was friendly and quick. I got my usual chai latte. Not too sweet or bland. We only stay for a little bit and sat by the windows. Quick easy fix for coffee if you're staying in Kihei.“

“The food is amazing! It’s so great to find a fellow Lebanese person here in Maui. Sam is the most friendly, excellent host! The food is authentic, homemade, fresh and delicious. Make sure you get the Toum (garlic whip), it’s the best I’ve had outside of Beirut! The falafel is donut shaped, which is the most authentic! It was so good we came back twice. 10/10!“

Thanks for a fun experience!!“
“Stumbled upon this place randomly when searching for coffee in an industrial area. Theirs is tasty and the staff are friendly. “After just arriving from a 7 hour flight, coffee sounded wonderful! This little drive thru stand was conveniently located! It was in a part of Home Depot parking lot that was away from the busy walking area. We were greeted by very friendly staff! When we ordered we were given helpful information about ingredients and how the items are prepared. The fruit smoothie was fresh and delicious! Our mocha lattes were superb! The chocolate did not overpower the coffee. Perfect temperature of the milk! Definitely would return!Wheelchair accessibility: Drive thru location. There are stairs for walking up to the window and that window does not appear to have wheelchair access.“
“Breakfast buffet was absolutely delish. The freshest fruits, yummy island pastries, Portuguese sausage, rice and all the other fixings…omelette bar, fresh guava, passion, orange juice, coffee and water served table side. French toast pancakes. Asian edamame rice and potstickers. Really tasty and kea lani level service is awesome.“

“This is a unique place. But I will start by saying this had the best food I had in Maui by far. Food is just spot on great. The dining area is in a open garage area. You order online, there isn't a server or anything and then the food gets brought up to a window and your name gets called. So not exactly a sit down restaurant with waiters but it does have space to sit (or takeout). The food though. I had drunken noodles. So good. My wife had pad Thai and iced coffee and also loved it. Also appreciated was the ability to double noodles and get a fried egg for extra.Vegetarian options: It's Thai and the menu reflects the vegetarian options. Ton of tofu and veggies that you can pick, most items can be made vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free, the menu is clearly labeled and let's you select gluten free. Tons of options.Parking: It's in a strip mall. Plenty of parking.“

“After a delayed connecting flight, we had no time to eat before getting on our next flight to Maui. We arrived at the Lowe's parking lot where this food truck was located. Took us some time to figure out where the food truck was parked considering how big this parking lot was.I got the ribeye steak and garlic shrimp, also comes with rice and a small salad. After surviving on pretzels, I ate the whole thing. It was delish. Great portion as well. Since there were no tables to sit at, we ate on the hood of our rental car.“
