“I’ve been in Hawaii for a week. It’s by far the best place we’ve had. We’re staying in Waikiki and drove all the way back to the North Shore today to get it again it’s that good! And try the musubi it’s homemade“

“This little place is worth the stop if you love amazing smoke meats and fresh ingredients. Super creative menu, vegetarian options. The cucumber cooler is Amazing. It’s take out only right now but the park across the street offers the most amazing views of the cliffs and the ocean. Find a picnic table or bring and blanket. I guarantee it won’t disappoint. Thanks For providing lunch for 11 hungry travelers. ❤️“

“Was turned around by police miles away because of a brush fire, i pulled over to this place with only $17 by chance, i never carry cash, well… this place ONLY takes cash, i was starving but as soon as she told me, i was already turning around to drive a few more hours back to the airport and head to Honolulu in defeat, this super nice lady said that would be enough and still gave me a plate of delicious chicken that saved my relationship with my wife on the drive back to the airport.“

“Ordered the Mahi katsu. Taste delicious, value for cost, excellent. The plate was just under 14 dollars and there were 4 count um 4 full sized pieces of fish. They have many side dishes to choose from as well. If you are a fish lover, this is the plate you've been looking for.“

“So good! Driving up to the North Shore from the airport we wanted something local. Family owned. No frills just awesome chicken. So juicy. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.“

“When we did our recent visit to Hawaii I had to try some Korean BBQ. Really good food. I liked the way you could make the different sauces customized to your liking. Hot, sweet, or savory, or even a bit of all five sauces they had.
The area is setup as a food truck area. But the food trucks are permanently installed. Nice outdoor Hawaiian vibe. It's really nice at night.“

“The food was so delicious! We got the breaded pork chops since they no longer made the grilled garlic pork chops. It still was pretty good. We also got orange chicken, steak hamburger, pork and cabbage, and again, it was all very delicious.“

“We had the seafood combo, the teriyaki steak bowl, double cheeseburger deluxe, chicken sandwich and two orders of fries , 3 fountain drinks and a coconut water. Steak bowl was small but it was very filling. Burger was huge and so was the chicken sandwich. Seafood combo was delicious. Definitely recommend“

“We have been coming to Kalbi On Fire ever since they opened in 2013. Every time/year we are in Hawaii for our winter warming, we drive up for their lunch plate!!“

My husband picked up dinner for us tonight from Seoul Food here in Wahiawa. We’ve never had a bad meal from here. The portions are as great as the food- I usually give half my plate to my husband because it’s so much. I love the Kalbi plate- super flavorful,tasty and saucy with all white rice. My husband tried something different tonight, the Chicken Katsu plate- crispy, juicy and tender which he said was pretty good. Check out this tasty hole in the wall spot if you haven’t yet. Aloha 🌺“

“Came by while visiting Honolulu for a few days. Tried the bbq trio and it was great. It came with bbq chicken, beef teriyaki and beef short ribs. The portion size was enough for two ppl easily. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a local fav- 20 ppl ordered food while we sat and ate ours.“

“Tried this korean bbq place for the first time and well. It's a bit small in terms of space when you're trying to seat people and let alone, walk around... or even get up from the seat with the limited space you have to move around. But I'll say that this place is pretty good for a small business, the food tasted good itself. For now, we got the mochiko chicken to start off with because it was a bit more familiar. But we'll be back here to try other foods when we can.“
