“large portions, super customizable which is awesome for a picky eater but also if you want to try new things, there are so many options and you could easily eat something by new every day for two weeks.
poke is sooo fresh and good plus the furikake on top makes everything so much better. I’ve eaten here every day on my trip in waikiki and it really is such a gem. 11/10 don’t miss it and order online to skip the line. I usually order online and it’s impressive how on time they are even with a huge in person line“

“so good!!!!! best lobster roll strongly recommended first time trying and i really like it“
“The steaks, burgers, and lobsters I ordered are even better than I expected. The flavor and quality of the cuts are delicious and large in size. The shipment came packaged very well. Each piece is individually vacuum packed in its own sealed package. And, each type of cut is in its own labeled box. The service I received was phenomenal, fast, and friendly. I am so glad I ordered from Hawaiian Prime!“

“Best garlic shrimp I’ve ever had! I’ve been to 15+ eateries ordering the same dish on the mainland and the Hawaiian islands. The guava fried chicken and Lilikoi Pie were epic too! “

“My favorite restaurant in the whole world! Poke is of course the best. Seeing them filet the giant ahi’s and then mixing all the stuff just adds ambiance to me. Have to go early to see this though. Also love all the daily plates and the fried chicken.“

“My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner the night prior to our wedding at Eating House in the front patio area. About half of our guests are local and the rest from the mainland, but everyone agreed that the food was delicious! The EH staff were incredible, efficient, accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large number of staff supporting our dinner. We had many specific requests prior to the event, including custom drink menus, foods to accommodate dietary restrictions, drink tickets distribution, seating configuration changes, etc., and they executed everything perfectly. We were so pleased with the event and highly recommend for anyone looking to host an event or just have lunch/dinner!“

“This place has some great poke, bento, and musubi choices, including options for vegans and vegetarians. It is a convenient location, too, in the same strip mall as Starbucks, so a great stop to get morning coffee and breakfast or lunch for the day. They sell out sometimes of the vegetarian options, though, which is a testament to how yummy their food is!“

“Small hole in the wall kind of business. Pretty busy especially during lunch and dinner time. The two ladies are very fast preparing orders while you wait. You could call in your order and they will have it ready for pick up. Over all the food is good with reasonable prices.“

“It’s always a great experience at Tanaka of Tokyo East location! We had a table to ourselves this time which was lovely! We’ve seen the show many times so this was actually a nice change to just enjoy a nice meal. Joe and Eddie were great! Loved Eduard, the manager. Had a nice conversation about the old days when this was located at Kings Village. Thanks again!!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood at Hilton Hawaiian Village absolutely delivered. I ordered the panko-crusted calamari steak with lemon butter caper sauce, and it was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and not rubbery at all, which is hard to get right with calamari.
The lemon butter caper sauce was amazing: bright, rich, and perfectly balanced without overpowering the dish. The sides were just as impressive. The rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, the corn had just the right touch of salt and pepper, and the salad rounded everything out nicely. Even the plate presentation was top notch, which you don’t always expect from a casual seafood spot.
At $20, the price was outstanding for both the quality and the portion size. I also noticed another customer’s shrimp plate—large shrimp and cooked beautifully, which definitely caught my attention for next time.
On top of the great food, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic meal, and I’ll absolutely be back again during my trip. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the Hilton Hawaiian Village area. 🌴🍤“

“I had an incredible dining experience here! From the moment we sat down, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The food was the absolute highlight:
The Sushi: Every piece was incredibly fresh. The specialty rolls topped with jalapeño and roe had the perfect balance of heat and crunch.
Ahi Tartare: The layering was beautiful and the fish was melt-in-your-mouth quality.
Steak & Seafood: The sliced steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and seasoned beautifully, and the mussels were a great addition to the meal.
Pairing everything with a crisp glass of bubbly made for a perfect evening. Great food, great staff, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back again soon! Thank you!! :)“
“Seafood connection has gourmet and speciality seafood items. I have purchased their King crab legs, smoked salmon and oyster. They are high quality and sold to many of our best in Hawai’i. So grateful that they sell to public. Highly recommend.“
“The staff is super nice and their prices are much better than I had expected, especially in these times. As a note, they will put whatever critters you are getting into boxes so you can keep them refrigerated until your ready to grill, boil and enjoy the freshest seafood possible. Will be back“

“Fresh tuna and salmon! It was super fresh and delicious! I enjoyed their sushi and it was so so affordable! It was such a great meal :) I would love to go back again next time when I visit Hawaii. I highly recommend this place if you love sushi. It was great and they have plenty of seats and it was a clean and nice food hall. ❤️“

“Hidden gem, I love the sweet potato with the spicy ahi here. I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. The guys who work here know their stuff haha, you get so much food too and the cost is worth it for the quality.“

“Great pokebowls, very accessible at the ground floor of the ilikai hotel. We would recommend the Shoyu ahi and the garlic ahi bowls, but one thing that was disappointing was that the Hawaiian bowl that was supposed to have salmon was almost tomato.“

“Hubby saw this eatery on a local show so while in Fort Street Mall, we popped in. Loved our poke bowls, will definitely go again!“
“Highly recommend!! Tried the signature lilikoi lemon shrimp and the Szechuan Mala shrimp (asked for half spicy), and the flavors were really well balanced. Lilikoi was a unique taste, and the spicy one was flavorful! Not just one off hot like a lot of spicy dishes can be.
Staff are cheerful and pleasant, storefront screams clean, so that’s always reassuring. Ohhh and the RICE is amazing too, must be the zoriushi! I know that’s a weird thing to be excited about in addition to the shrimp but if you eat a lot of rice like Hawaii folk do, iykyk!“

“The atmosphere in that food court is a bit crap, but luckily the poke place has indoor seating! The poke itself was a very generous portion (I got a large, with 3 fish scoops of fish) and I barely managed to finish it. Everything was very tasty and fresh, and the staff were very friendly“
“Honestly I didn’t have lofty expectations when ordering for takeout, but the ingredients were fresh/delicious, the quality control (I.e, perfectly cooked sushi rice, crispy veggies, fresh fish) was spot on. I don’t think you will find better sushi on a military base anywhere else!“
“Wing Sing Seafood is a family-run business known for its excellent customer service, fresh seafood, and fair pricing. I’ve had some of the best sashimi of my life here (fresh and truly melt-in-your-mouth ono!) One time, I needed a last-minute order for a New Year’s party, and they came through and saved the day. Highly recommend for both quality and reliability.“

“Seriously best garlic shrimp we have had on our trip! Just sad we found it on our last night here. We ordered 6 plates and our groups was fighting over the last bits of sauce soaked rice! Steak was cooked perfectly. Salad was great selection of crisp fresh greens with the right amount of dressing. Mac salad was plain-the way it should be! Why ruin a good thing and add tons of stuff! And the shrimp! Onolicious is the only word I can use. It was garlicky without being overwhelmingly garlic. Mahalo! Hope we get back soon.“

“Thai Issan has recently opened a second restaurant at the place that Thai Village was operating from.
The dishes were very traditional with fresh ingredients. I tried its Larb with pork and that was really good. We also got the drunken noodles with chicken and it was decent, not overly sweet.“

“The dim sum was delicious and enjoyable. We ordered the hagow, shiu mai, spare ribs, and other familiar favorites. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced. The stuffed bean curd was the standout while the baked manapua was flavorful although I was not a fan of the sugar coated topping. Personally, I prefer having the cart service with steaming baskets rolling by so I can pick what looks good but that is just personal preference. The staff did a great job being attentive and bringing the bamboo steamers straight to the table and everything arrived hot and fresh from the kitchen.“

“In my opinion Kings is the best for cantonese cuisine now in Honolulu. Their dishes are flavorful, well presented and good sized portions. The atmosphere can be crowded and noisy if its busy so go early and get out before the rush. Some favorites are honey walnut shrimp, salt pepper pork chop and the fresh steamed oysters are always a hit.“

“My husband was in search of some good fish in Waikiki. We stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. I’m not a seafood person so I got the chicken pasta and he tried snapper for the first time. Both of us were blown away by how tasty everything was. The portions were huge too! Out of all the places we had been to during our trip, this place is at the top. Even as a non fish eater, I loved it! There can be a wait, but it is well worth it. Try it, you’ll love it.“
