I couldn’t finish, but thoroughly enjoyed, 10 ounces, of Prime Rib, over a bed of rice, with brown gravy, and 2 eggs, over medium, on top. Welcome to perfection on a plate. My friend said the fried chicken, was the best she had ever eaten. Next time, the Nutella pancakes, with banana, or should I get the tres leches, strawberry beignets….They are open 7-3 every day. “Delicious! The locations in CA are slowly closing and we never even considered looking on Oahu but it popped up when we searched for a burger place and drove straight here. The food is great. We love the parm fries and chili fries (without onion). We also love that you can completely build your own burger. It's so customizable and perfectly for us. Highly recommend The Counter. “The restaurant is somewhat small and very rustic, perhaps a bit more rustic than I anticipated.
Five of us for dinner and everyone was completely satisfied and very happy with their dinners. They even had specialty soft drinks for the kids.
I have never been a fan of smoked meats but I did have the smoked prime rib based on the reviews. It was amazing! Juicy, flavorful and tender. My son had the rack of lamb for the first time. He was also very happy with his choice.
Our service was easily as good as the food. Our server was always available, attentive and very pleasant.“

“My friend host her husband birthday party today. I've been here 3 other times. Today take top prize on service and foods. The foods was soooo flavorful. From the variety of 4 different salads to main courses and desserts. I could not stop talking about the flavors. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Not too salty, not too sweet, not bland. Just the exact perfect balance. I don't recall even at a 5 stars restaurants with every single items being perfectly seasoned. I ate everything! Except for the almond cookies and gau. “I made the conditional 25 dollar cancellation fee—reservation on open table days ago, and I recommend to make one ahead to reserve a table.
Parking is next door in the building, directly map the location to marin towel manciple parking is better option for you. Then walk down to the restaurant.
The two non-alcoholic drinks I have ordered the cucumber sour and house drink of the day, I highly recommend.
Corn one is way too cheesy and strong truffle flavor.
The beef is highly recommend.
Scallop has a great taste, cooked perfectly in texture but has a strong seafood flavor.
The food takes a long time to cook and wait, plan for at least two hours. Come by earlier before the appointment time is recommended, at least 15.
Two people, we spent 255D, top included.
Service is nice and professional.
Dessert menu came after the course has done, and variable selection of wine.
Chocolate is okay.

“I arrived at 11 am and they were already sold out on all their food except for the beef stew, so I bought the beef stew with once scoop of rice and macaroni salad and green salad, which came to $11. The server was very nice in explaining about what she got left and she gave so much that I was barely able to finish and the food was very good. This is a definitely a hidden cheap eats gem in Waipahu.“

Their small kitchen limits the menu choices, but what they offer is tasty and reasonably priced. “Ruby Tuesday in the Moanaloa shopping center is fantastic. A lot of military members and their families eat there. They are responsive to large groups who gather to eat as well as have short meetings during their time there. And, use of their robots to carry the meals to the table saves the wait staff's backs!“
