“This little place is worth the stop if you love amazing smoke meats and fresh ingredients. Super creative menu, vegetarian options. The cucumber cooler is Amazing. It’s take out only right now but the park across the street offers the most amazing views of the cliffs and the ocean. Find a picnic table or bring and blanket. I guarantee it won’t disappoint. “The food here was so good and satisfying. Loco Moco is the stuff dreams are made of. Portuguese sausage, bacon - wife and sons pancakes were also fantastic from what they told me. “This was lunch stop with our ultimate circle oahu bus tour. We ate garlic lemon shrimp, spicy shrimp, vegetable fried rice.. taste and flavors were bursting in our mouth. We (spouse and 3kids) drove again all the way to north shore from Waikiki just to eat here again. Second time , in addition to above we ordered shrimp burger . It was one of the best burger we have ever eaten. This place is a must must stop for food when visiting north shore oahu.“

“Lived in Kaneohe for over a yea without trying this place. I went today and the food was good and the service was excellent. Didn’t dine in but I saw how cordial and friendly the staff were. They knew so many people by name and were very friendly to everyone.

I wish I tried sooner because the spicy salmon and udon are delicious.

“January 2026: Some workers barely speak and understand English. Depending on who is working the front of house, it may affect your experience and your order. But they are all very friendly. Smoothies are made with fresh fruits, not powder, and you can really taste the difference. The prices are all reasonable for the amount and quality you get. They have two tables that can seat 4 and one table that can seat 6. Otherwise, it's mostly a takeout type of restaurant. It's recommended to stand in line to order even if you're gonna dine-in.“

There’s a market next door that might have alcoholic beverages. There’s parking lot is a little cramped, so massive trucks would be hard to park in there.“

Good fresh ingredients, great tortillas and sauce, service was mostly just pointing to a sign to share what you wanted. Of the three places we ate (here, Giovanni’s, and Huli Huli chicken) in this food truck area, I’d call this the best one of the three, would def eat here again.“

“Picked up party trays for a small New Year's celebration. The food was delicious and all our favorites: chicken katsu, gyoza, pork fried noodles, shabu beef curry. The curry can be messy in a tray but they double-wrapped it in foil to keep it from spilling. It is the best curry anywhere. Everyone at Sumo Ramen Kaneohe is always willing to do whatever it takes to make us happy. The prices are good too. They made our New Year special.“

Sometines it may take a while if going around closing time or when short staffed, but trust me it is always worth it. Miso butterfish is exceptional and brings to mind Shirokia top floor food court from back in the 90s as well as Tsukigi in Japan.

I got the beef lo mein and my husband got the Mongolian beef. I’ve never seen my husband eat his entire plate at a restaurant. The desserts were so good too! “We had a tour guide take us around the Island. We wanted to go to an authentic place to eat, not fancy touristy restaurants. He recommended 2 places, (I won't say the other one on this review, but it was also excellent!) He brought us to Coral Kingdom for the Huli Huli Chicken. It was so flavorful, juicy and delicious! The menu has a ton of things on it and we only tried three things (crab rangoon, asparagus with shrimp, and honey orange chicken). I would definitely get the asparagus with shrimp again, it was so good!
The honey orange chicken lacked much of the orange flavor, but it was decent. We will come back for sure, probably with a bigger group to share lots of things.“

“Impressed by Pan's Kitchen yesterday! I ordered the fresh grilled ahi, and let me tell you, it was incredible. With the first bite you could tell just how fresh it was - perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Just a heads up, there might be small hard time understanding sometimes due to the owner's accent. But be patient, communication works out, and the food is absolutely worth it. Parking can be tricky - it's one of those places we only go to when we see a spot open. We got lucky yesterday with an empty space, but two trucks swooped in as soon as we pulled in! Despite the potential parking hassle, Pan's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Highly recommend it for the incredible ahi (and hopefully a parking spot)!“

“Still some of the best priced and portioned meat jun I've ever had. Don't let the mall location fool you this place is a sleeper and I'm glad it hasn't blown up like others who I'd say don't deserve it. Yes there's institutions like soons or dong yang but bang for your buck this place slaps harder than both. Despite the covid induced price increases this place still heaps the portions and continues to be arguably the best seasoned meat jun I've had no sauce aside. I'll always support this place and die on the hill it's a top 2/3 spot on island.“
