“This little place is worth the stop if you love amazing smoke meats and fresh ingredients. Super creative menu, vegetarian options. The cucumber cooler is Amazing. It’s take out only right now but the park across the street offers the most amazing views of the cliffs and the ocean. Find a picnic table or bring and blanket. I guarantee it won’t disappoint. Thanks For providing lunch for 11 hungry travelers. ❤️“

“When we did our recent visit to Hawaii I had to try some Korean BBQ. Really good food. I liked the way you could make the different sauces customized to your liking. Hot, sweet, or savory, or even a bit of all five sauces they had.
The area is setup as a food truck area. But the food trucks are permanently installed. Nice outdoor Hawaiian vibe. It's really nice at night.“

“Gotta give these guys 5 stars for staying open during a heavy rain storm that caused blackouts and flooding around the island. We walked in, the entire shopping center was blacked out, except these guys had a light on and the fryer going. Huge line for this place, everyone standing in the dark. Really appreciate it. “My friend and I had such a great experience at Gyu-Kaku, and a big part of that was because of our server Karl. From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinly kind. He also makes the best li-hing-mui margaritas! He checked on us consistently with out being overbearing. “I recently moved to Kaneohe bay after getting married 4 months ago, Yakiniku Chodang would have to be my favorite korean bbq spot by far. It's never too crowded, kept clean and always has good service. My husband and I have been served by the same lovely person a few times though she wasn't here this time. That's okay as tonight's server was a chill guy with humor. Would very much recommend this place if you're hungry and don't want to wait :)“

“Wanted some Island food for a quick lunch before heading to beach. The menu was varied and plentiful. I got the lau lau pork (first time) and it was good. Husband got seafood plate with chicken katsu. The amount of seafood was same as the katsu (he’d hoped more seafood, given the name). Said the seafood was good, katsu was better.“
