“A cozy little Vietnamese cafe offering a wonderful variety of dishes. I enjoyed the Pho` Combo. Good size portion at a good price. The broth was delicate and delicious served piping hot. I have some concerns about black pepper in the broth but it didn't stop me from enjoying it all the same. The staff was friendly and eager to please. I can see myself making a detour to have lunch here in the near future.“

“Came here based on Yelp reviews. Tried the seafood pho and the roast pork dry noodle. The pho broth was excellent. Very flavorful with lots of aromatics. My wife enjoyed it. I had the roast pork, won ton, and egg noodle dry. Roast pork was tender and tasty and went well with the plump won ton and chewy egg noodles. We're definitely coming back for more. It's a small place so be ready to wait for a little bit“

“Small shop in a shopping center. Typical low-rent decor and layout. Incredible banh mi. Best I've had since living here, and I'm kind of obsessed with them. The BBQ pork is flavorful, the filings are balanced, and the bread is perfection.

The summer rolls were good, and the peanut sauce was top notch. My husband loved his pho and combination bahn mi.

“Wow…we loved our meals. We stopped here by quickly on our way from Waikiki to the airport, and easily found street parking. The vermicelli bowls with lemongrass chicken & tofu (and a banh mi with pork + chicken) were so fresh, so filling, and really high quality. Delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. The service was kind, as well. Highly recommend for a relaxed & high quality meal!!“

“Casual Vietnamese restaurant with a diverse selection of noodle dishes from different regions of Vietnam. I tried the hu tieu Nam Vang, which was a delicious bowl of clear noodle soup. The flavor was solid, and while the squid and shrimp were just okay, the overall dish hit the spot. I’m definitely interested in trying their other noodle bowls. Service was quick and efficient.“

This is a local Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown. It's not a modern atmosphere, but there are plenty of table seats and the food comes out right after you order! The food was plentiful and the rice noodles were delicious, so I wanted to order other soup dishes next time. Recommended Recommended

Pho Large $16: It's a sweet broth, but it's delicious. In particular, the rice noodles are thinner and very soft than other places. Since I wasn't hungry, I ordered one and shared it between the two of us, and it was just the right amount.
Ice Coffee $5: Sweet Vietnamese ice coffee.
Ban Mi $11: The banh mi bread is delicious. I was full so I only ate one bite, but it was okay.“

They’ve got a ton of sauce and topping options too, so you can really customize your bowl just how you like it. The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. “Tried their periwinkle soup noodle #70 the first time and it's delicious - a light and slightly sweet broth. The pork's blood cake they used was the smoothest I've tried for a long time outside of Asia! It wasn't the normal hard and grainy texture - amazing! I've been here so many times and every time the food was good. With so many choices on the menu, it's hard to not find what you like for everyone at the table. The service was straightforward and prompt. Sometimes there are people waiting outside, so it's good to be mindful about how much time spent at the table as well. I'm a regular so see you later!“

“We recently dined at Phở Minh Thư and had a fantastic experience! We ordered two special phở and the spring rolls with grilled pork, and both dishes were absolutely amazing. The phở had a rich and flavorful broth, and the portions were generous. The spring rolls were fresh and packed with delicious ingredients.

“One of the best meals I’ve had while traveling in the States! Reminded me of the pho I used to have as a child.

The pho itself was loaded with beef and tendon, the soup was flavourful and sweet and you could taste there was no MSG added. I also ordered the chicken banh mi; the bun was crispy and loaded with chicken and condiments.

Prices very fair. The Vietnamese coffee was traditional slow drip and delicious. Ordered the banh mi sandwich and it was also a star... The bread was fresh baked, and had the perfect texture and softness on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the crust. Definitely recommended.“

“Ha Long Pho is one of my "go to" stops when I'm home...and as always, the ono grindz did not disappoint!!! Summer Rolls: Very large!!! I don't remember them being as full as they were today...not sure if it was a mistake, or a new recipe. As I remember it was so fresh filled with crispy veggies!!! Definitely a 10/10!!! Seafood Pho: When it's an option, I always order seafood Pho! For those of you who know how to eat Pho, you know that beef broth is a must, no matter what style Pho you order. Most places I have to ask for beef broth as it often comes with a vegetable broth...but here, it automatically comes with beef broth. And the seafood was not chewy. I would have loved to see some other seafood represented (it only had fishcake balls and shrimp) but it didn't take away from the healthy portion and umami flavor!!! 9/10 (Only because of the variety of seafood.) COVID Protocols: I felt very comfortable at Ha Long Pho, they require proof of vaccine, or negative COVID test, to enter...and...instead of your spices being left on the table, they are pulled after each guest, I can only assume to sanitize before the next guest uses it. 10/10 for sanitation and safety!!!“

I thought the nuoc Cham (sauce) was somewhat bland, and I added my own fish sauce at home. The vegetables were fresh and the noodles were a tad over cooked. The spring roll filling was tasty, but the wrapper was a little stale. It felt like it had been sitting out for a little. Nonetheless, the food was good!
