“I've been eating sushi for many years and is the best I've ever found. It is so fresh and beyond excellent. The service is great and the chef will make whatever special requests you want. “The food here was unexpectedly excellent. ALL of it. It’s a food truck in the parking lot of an old gas station, but gave the atmosphere 3-stars because there is shade and the tables and bathroom were clean. Really nice people to. Will absolutely be back.“

“Location is outdoor under a large tree. It had rained just before we arrived, so we had drops hitting us for a short while. It was humid at the beginning, but a small breeze later came in and kept us cooler. Food was excellent, quality and price. It is a BYOB restaurant, which is perfect for us. The only thing bugging us was that the server kept asking us if we were ready for our check, when we still wanted to order moer food. There is a 90 minute limit, but this started happening about 45 minutes into our stay.“
“Got the unagi donburi and it was super delicious. Excellent balance in the portions and top notch eel. The salad had a tasty orange dressing that cut through the eel’s fattiness nicely. I’m gunna keep seeking out this place when I’m back at the food truck oasis!“

“Get here before the lunch rush and you’ll get a seat, no problem. A local recommended this spot & it did not disappoint. Extensive menu and we ordered the Chicken Katsu & Chicken Katsu Curry. Both were delicious & portion size was perfect for us. Excited to come back & try other menu items!“

“Food was amazing! We don't have a Genki Sushi in South Texas, so we really took advantage of being able to eat it. We ate here 3 times within the week while on vacation. The wait wasn't too long for a group of 8, and the other days that we ate with just the younger kids (a group of 4), there was no wait at all.“
