“Pulled up at 830am on a Saturday behind 7 cars and the line moved so quickly. I ordered 2 coffees, 2 cinnamon rolls & 3 breakfast sandwiches and was out of there in 10 minutes. With a smile on my face because the young women working were not only quick, they were also super friendly & chatty WHILE they worked. I don't know what Scooters does for training but it should be taught everywhere.“

“I'm extremely picky about boba so it can be hard to find boba places that I like, and I thought I had found my favorite boba place... and then I tried Zenko and now other boba will never beat it lol. I'm a very routine-order person so I've only ever tried the black sugar milk tea with boba here, but I lowkey just never bothered trying any of their other drinks simply because this one is so good. Most of my friends who do like several of their drinks also tend to gravitate towards the black sugar milk tea as well, though, so I feel validated in always ordering the same drink over and over :) It's also so cozy and fun inside all the shops--I've been to three of the locations and they all have the same relaxing vibe, lots of plants and soft music.“

“Typical Starbucks. Not a fan but had gift cards to use and needed a caffeine jolt whilst traversing the tedious stretch of traffic known as I-80. Ordered plain old coffee and it was served lukewarm. Ugh. Tasted like it had sat for hours. The staff did kindly take it back and brewed fresh. This detour took about 15 minutes from standing in line to order to drinkable coffee in hand. Meanwhile, the fancy pants coffee and tea beverages were efficiently served.Lesson learned: Starbucks excels in designer drinks, but it is not worth the time (or money - $3.25 (gasp))for a basic cup of coffee for purists such as myself.Staff helpful for managing gift cards. Not a slam on the staff, it's my impression basic coffee gets short shrift from the chain compared to the multiple ingredient and step menu items.

Parking: This Starbucks is inside of a Target store. Parking can be crazy due to pedestrian traffic. I advise to park in the outskirts of the lot and pull through, walk a few extra steps to the store and save yourself some traffic grief. Your heart will thank you.“

“Starbucks was handing out samples in the Ivy store while I was grocery shopping. They featured a brownie that was absolutely delicious. They also had an Irish Cream iced coffee. I usually don't do cold coffee drinks but that one blew me away. Now I'm a fan“

“We chose to check out in a lane that had a first day cashier. The girl bagging the groceries was very helpful to him and us. He accidentally double charged us and the girl took it upon herself to get the approval from management to get it deducted and get us going to keep the line moving!!! Very impressed!! “these wonderful kids are always quick on their feet and great at conversation, coming here makes my day and they always make the coffee super quick. I've been tricked by those fake AI drinks so many times but they were super polite and respectful when pointing out to me how there are certain things they can and cant do, and how they could accommodate me to get as close as they could to my drink. I don't recommend using the facebook pages for the drinks! the 7brew has a lot of secret menu flavors and a bunch of syrups! good variety! I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes and got on my way, the conversation lasted the entire time and I didn't even notice! great job!“

“Starbucks is never going to get 5 stars from me because some boutique coffee shops have a lot of delicious things going on and syrups are hand-crafted. But, this Starbucks does have friendly staff. Starbucks efficiency, ability to make well-balanced drinks, as well as to have something for everyone is incredible. Many smaller places either have overly sugared drinks or don't know the difference between iced coffee and cold brew.“

“Starbucks is mainly known for its excellent, if pricey coffee. Service is generally not very efficient and much matter-of-fact, not friendly.

Parking: There is just one strip of parking and exiting that is directly into the drive-in way to the ordering window. I had a near collision with someone exiting from a parking spot - only my passenger’s shouting prevented this.

Kid-friendliness: There is no entertainment for kids. There are some menu items suitable for kids. Not really attractive to kids and too pricey.“

“Starbucks us definitely a favorite for my daughters. They love their Starbucks drinks. The employees here always seem friendly and courteous as far as I see, and our drinks always come out correctly and in a prompt manner.

We went into the store once and also thought the coffee shop seemed clean and inviting. All in all, I would recommend this Starbucks location.

“I love this place more than life itself. The people there always ask how I am and it always feels genuine. Even if a mistake is made if they are informed then they will fix it right away. The cafe is always super clean and I always see someone cleaning when customers leave a mess (clean up your stuff!!!!) they always make sure they get orders out as fast as they can. Overall this place brings me joy and I am excited for when I get my morning cup of coffee! :)))“

“Probably the best bagel I’ve had in years and I’m not even a bagel person. I got the egg salad on a garlic bagel, the texture is so chewy and delicious. The bagels I’ve had in my life were all dry hence why I wasn’t a bagel person but this one changed my mind. I also had a hot chocolate but didn’t like the milky taste. Regardless, the bagels here are amazing 👍“
