“We needed 3 tubs of ice cream for our Dad's 90th birthday party. He used to own a Baskin Robins in Minnesota and having Pralines 'n Cream, Jamocha Almond Fudge and Vanilla were an important part of the party. After not being able to find the tubs here in MN I contacted Satish in Windsor Heights IA. He took the time to help us out and we were able to purchase the from him. Thank you so much Satish! Our Dad (and all the guests!) loved the ice cream!!“

Tonight i decided to take my 21mo for her first ice cream trip and I got her the Pineapple Dole Whip Twist with Vanilla Ice Cream and I obviously had to sneak a taste and safe to say IT WAS AMAZING 😍 Definitely a summer must! The pineapple flavor was sooo good and not fake or artificial at all and my daughter loved it! I ordered my usual snowstorm with vanilla ice cream, cheesecake, peanut butter and caramel and still good as ever. I am so glad I saw that one guys tiktok review of this place because it's a 4min drive from me and I had never heard of it until I saw the tiktok about a month ago. This will be my go to ice cream/sweet treat stop from here on out and I look forward to continuing to do ice cream trips with my daughter as she grows! Employees are so nice and very helpful and the environment is very nice and family friendly. I like that they have outdoor seating as well!“

“This place is the best i honestly can’t believe ive never heard of this place before, my car broke down on the side of the road due to a popped tire, this girl with glasses waiting outside to clock in walked out of her own car to lend me a hand and completely changed my tire on her own in return i offered her 80 bucks but she said no and it was just a kind gesture i went inside got a couple of snacks for my nicks and the food is just so amazing they can’t stop eating it.“

“We decided, as we drove by, to stop in and see what this place was about. It was a really nice environment (kind of like Molly's Cupcakes). I tried the "Molly's Mashup", where the take a cupcake, split it in half, and put ice cream in between with a topping (I opted for red velvet cupcake with strawberry lemonade sorbet with whipped cream) and he tried a double scoop of mixed berry swirl ice cream. The awesome thing about the mixed berry swirl was it had pieces of vanilla cupcake in it. We were satisfied with what we got and plan to try a different combination the next time we come!!!“

“In the nicest way possible, this place was so overwhelming!! There were over 60+ options & flavors to choose from. Everyone working there was so kind and patient with me. They let us try as many samples as we needed and let me roam around the flavors for several minutes because I couldn’t make up my mind LOL.

I decided to be simple and get my reliable Rocky Road, but they had a lot of vegan, milk friendly, sorbet options as well! They were very generous with their scoop sizes, I don’t know why my friend insisted on getting 3 scoops 🫣. I would be interested in trying a sundae next time!“

“I have come to this location many times and the employees are always very friendly and efficient!! The only downside to this crumbl bakery would be the location it is in such a bad spot and the parking is always super busy and very tight. I’ve almost been hit multiple times by people parking basically on top of my car.“

“I made an order to pickup and when I walked in the door there were 5 employees and not a single one acknowledged me in any way. Not one smile or even eye contact. They were all very busy working and I get that but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. The cookies look fantastic and taste amazing. No complaints about the product but I do think the customer experience is not great due to being ignored by the staff.“

“We love ice cream in our house, so we visit Baskin-Robbins frequently. The Ankeny staff are always so kind, and one staff member recognizes me when I stop in. I got our usuals tonight, and they remembered that I used the drive-thru last time because I had my dog with me. They asked about him and even packaged up a pup cup for him!“

“This is in a predominately Latino strip mall so a lot of the staff don't speak much English but I can usually get by on hand gestures. The paletas (popsicles) are really good here! I usually get the "fresa con crema" which is strawberries and cream. They also do a lot of other novelty foods which I haven't tried yet, but they seem very popular! They also have hand-scooped ice cream but I'm not sure if it's made in-house or not. Apparently, that was very good and creamy!“

“We love treating ourselves to Orange Leaf. They have many different flavors of frozen yogurt and usually some sorbet, and I love that they label the ones that are gluten free and dairy free. They have many different toppings, and they also have acai bowls. There are 3 different sizes you can choose from, and they are priced by size and not by weight. They will also give you a small taste cup to try the flavors before you make your selection. l have celiac, so I have to worry about cross-contamination with the toppings, but they have offered to get me fresh toppings from the back to ensure they haven't been cross contaminated. I would absolutely recommend Orange Leaf.“

There were a bunch of people there, took about 5-7 minutes for my drink to be done despite the amount of people. Only criticism I would give is the cost, $7 for a milk tea with boba in it is pretty expensive. (For me, at least.)“
