“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

Michelle has this incredible energy that lights up the whole place. She's always got a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. She’s not just serving food; she’s creating an experience. Michelle jokes around with everyone, bringing fun and positive vibes to the entire atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers.

Whenever she’s working, I know I’m going to get top-notch service. She has a way of making even the busiest days feel lighthearted. I truly believe Michelle deserves a raise for all the hard work and positivity she brings to McDonald's. She is an absolute gem and a huge reason why I keep coming back! “Cool, crisp, clean and huge interior roastery. Fantastic cold brew - small pastry case with yummy raspberry frambuesa. Plenty of parking - reasonable pricing for such a great product. Fun marketing. Owner and roastery onsite. If near Midway airport definitely make a stop. We’ll be back!
