“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“I had a terrific experience today, as I always do when ordering from our local Jimmy John's. I am usually a creature of habit, and stick to the Vito just about all the time. Amy (who took great care of me) helped me get out of my rut and try something new: a Gargantuan! Holy cow is this sandwich big. It's so big, I could get a great workout bench pressing it. It's so big, black holes get sucked into it. It's so big, I could see it on Google Earth. It's so big, I'll be eating this sandwich all day and into the evening (which is a very good thing, because I like this mastodonic, colossal sandwich a lot)!“

“I have never given any subway 5 stars before, but this location is the best because of how KIND this employee is. We went here twice and each time he was patient, and the second time we came here last minute and he still let my partner in for sandwhiches. He was putting everything away already and he works 12 hours a day! Because of this man honestly! Thank you so much for being kind! Sadly it is very rare to find a genuine kind person now a days! “The employees here work hard and always have my online orders on time. Only ever had one issue where I wanted extra banana peppers and got a total of 4 of them, other than that the kids working here deserve raises. They are always courteous and respectful every time I stop here which is a ton.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“
