“While picking up dinner tonight at the Antioch location, the fire alarms had went off. The team was really assuring that there was no real emergency. Though it did create a communication barrier being so loud, the staff remained calm and friendly. To make up for it, a gentleman passed out cookies to those in line. This location is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride. Can’t wait to continue to make this our go to comfort food place!“

“Very disappointed that they do not offer any salad combinations other than chicken. Most sandwich places offer any of their sandwiches made into a salad. For example, a simple Julianne salad with ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese would be a nice change. Cook would not substitute for chicken. If they have all the fixings, I don't see why they can't make more salad options.“

“The manager working in the drive through on 10/3/25 around 12:30pm WAS SO KIND! She saw I was having a rough day ( I lost my cat ) and she offered for me to eat inside, worried about my safety of driving. She had a conversation with me and convinced me to wait to leave for me to feel better. She was truly so kind & deserves to be recognized for it ! Thank you, you helped me have a better day !“

“I had a terrific experience today, as I always do when ordering from our local Jimmy John's. I am usually a creature of habit, and stick to the Vito just about all the time. Amy (who took great care of me) helped me get out of my rut and try something new: a Gargantuan! Holy cow is this sandwich big. It's so big, I could get a great workout bench pressing it. It's so big, black holes get sucked into it. It's so big, I could see it on Google Earth. It's so big, I'll be eating this sandwich all day and into the evening (which is a very good thing, because I like this mastodonic, colossal sandwich a lot)!“

Recently had their Large House Salad - with grilled chicken. It is always made fresh with fresh crisp ingredients and made to order. Also, Hannah did a great job with delivery! Always friendly and professional.“

“Best Subway of any we have been in. Always clean. Friendy staff, who if not feeding people are busy cleaning. All toppings are fresh, and the Italian bread is my favorite to wrap around my Cold Cut Combo. Add some sweet onion teriaki sauce, tomatoes, onions and and a little bit of lettuce and it's ready for me. Oh, and before the toppings, it gets toasted. Highly recommend This Subway.

“The Subway on Rollins Road in Round Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. The restaurant was extremely clean, from the dining area to the food prep stations, showing great attention to hygiene and detail. It was also very spacious, making it comfortable to dine in without feeling crowded. The quality of the food was outstanding—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I was also impressed by their phenomenal speed and efficiency, as my order was ready in no time without sacrificing quality. Overall, it was an impressive visit, and I will definitely be returning soon“
