“We ordered the Knockout and a rice bowl for takeout, but the order got a little late, so we ended up breaking our fast at the restaurant. My wife really loved the Knockout. The rice bowl was a bit spicy for me, but still tasted good, the guy in the specs was doing everything at once, taking orders, packing, and answering calls and he was moving fast, so no complaints about the service. “I was coming into Walmart to purchase some juice when I noticed Charley’s Cheesesteak inside. It was lunchtime so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by Afeera and she so kind and helpful. I was undecided on what to get to so she gave me suggestions. The food was great. It was very hot and fresh. I will be returning again. “This place was SO good. We got Fry N Chicken to go and it was still hot and crispy when we got home. The chicken was super crunchy but juicy inside and actually seasoned really well, not bland at all. You can tell it’s fresh.

The fries were also really good crispy, not greasy, and nicely seasoned. Portions were solid and it definitely felt worth it.

Honestly, it reminded me of Raising Cane’s in Dubai. Not a lot of fried chicken spots around here are actually yummy, but this one really is. We were impressed and will for sure be coming back. 🍗🍟“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

You place your own order at the kiosk, but the staff was very helpful with our questions. The cook and cashier were both super kind.

ALL of them. Little Island stands right up there. What they do have that is the best in Cook County are their fries. Best ever. They don't travel well, so have them there. Grilled polish is outstanding. And NEVER, EVER, EVER order a dog or a Polishj with anything red - ketchup OR tomato. Two stars for atmosphere - if that's important to you, go to Portillo's.“

“This place is a must-try if you're driving to Deerfield for the first time. I came across this place while I was on my way to work and I figured I'd give this place a go.

The moment I walked in, I was amazed with what the restaurant had to offer between its sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.

I ordered their brisket sandwich, which was really good, and I wanted to try one of their dirty sodas as well. FUN FACT: They let you make your own dirty sodas. Not to mention that they also give you a free chocolate dipped strawberry with your order and I definitely didn't want to miss out on that.

The server up front was also very kind and he let me sample some of the soups while I was browsing through the menu.

I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. “My daughter and I stopped in Wednesday morning. Alex cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked in. Chick fil A restaurant are known for their hospitality but Alex and Tammy who took and filled our order went above and beyond duty to make us feel welcome. My daughter was overjoyed at how delicious her vanilla ice coffee tasted and appreciated Tammy's offer to adjust flavor if it was not to her liking. “Absolutely amazing! The 1/2 Greek Chicken at The Gyros Factory is one of the best meals I’ve had in Des Plaines. Perfectly seasoned, cooked on the bone, and unbelievably tender. The rice pilaf and Greek potatoes complete the plate beautifully. A must-try!“

“It was this past November that I last dined at this location but before that it had to have been maybe 2 or 3 years being the last time would've been going thru the drive-thru on the way to work since I work 3rd shift.

I can't say I've ever had a bad experience of any kind at this location. Never had an incorrect order at the drive-thru, subpar customer service or food not cooked long enough.

There's one thing I really love about Arby's and that's their roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce. For me I'd say 4 out of 5 trips to Arby's I end up getting the half lb roast beef combo which I find the taste rather addicting.

I have no idea why Arby's doesn't have much more locations especially in this county. This location has some historical significance being it was the very 1st Arby's I've been to since moving from Japan as a navy brat in November '87 to Great Lakes.

I was in early '88 that my dad took me here but I'd say the few times I had Arby's in general from that point until around the mid 90s, I always had the hot ham n' cheese and had no desire to try any other sandwich.

I would eventually in my late teens try the roast beef and fall in love with the taste. Their roast beef is a smash hit and that's one thing about Arby's is that there really isn't any competition for this chain. There are other fast food joints that compete at the same level but there's nothing like an Arby's.

I don't know if the interior is the same as when I first walked in there at the age of 12 but it certainly feels old school and kept clean. I hope this location stays open for decades to come and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the franchise owner(s).“
