“We ordered the Knockout and a rice bowl for takeout, but the order got a little late, so we ended up breaking our fast at the restaurant. My wife really loved the Knockout. The rice bowl was a bit spicy for me, but still tasted good, the guy in the specs was doing everything at once, taking orders, packing, and answering calls and he was moving fast, so no complaints about the service. Overall, good food and a good experience.“

“I was coming into Walmart to purchase some juice when I noticed Charley’s Cheesesteak inside. It was lunchtime so I decided to grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by Afeera and she so kind and helpful. I was undecided on what to get to so she gave me suggestions. The food was great. It was very hot and fresh. I will be returning again. “This place was SO good. We got Fry N Chicken to go and it was still hot and crispy when we got home. The chicken was super crunchy but juicy inside and actually seasoned really well, not bland at all. You can tell it’s fresh.

The fries were also really good crispy, not greasy, and nicely seasoned. Portions were solid and it definitely felt worth it.

Honestly, it reminded me of Raising Cane’s in Dubai. Not a lot of fried chicken spots around here are actually yummy, but this one really is. We were impressed and will for sure be coming back. 🍗🍟“

“I don't even know where to start. We went after graduation with our sailor. It wasn't crowded and everyone was so nice and so helpful. We ordered individual meals and an additional deep dish pizza (which was DELICIOUS) and it wasn't too expensive at all. Everyone enjoyed the variety of their individual meals and we definitely loved the pizza. The customer service had a great hometown feel and we felt right at home.“

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“I have been wanting to try Kong Dog for a while and I’m glad we did. The customer service was great and the food was better than expected.
You place your own order at the kiosk, but the staff was very helpful with our questions. The cook and cashier were both super kind.
The only downside was the seating area. The tables needed to be wiped down, although the ordering station and food line looked clean. Overall, a good experience and I would go back. We did take our food to go.“

I've been to 'em all on the north side - Lerner's, the Ranch,' the Pit, Sammy Skobel's, Wolfy's, Fluky's, Dear Franks', Michaels, Stashes, Mutt and Jeff's, Shmendels, and all of the Irvings. ALL of them. Little Island stands right up there. What they do have that is the best in Cook County are their fries. Best ever. They don't travel well, so have them there. Grilled polish is outstanding. And NEVER, EVER, EVER order a dog or a Polishj with anything red - ketchup OR tomato. Two stars for atmosphere - if that's important to you, go to Portillo's.“

“We moved here two years ago from NY and finally had Josh’s for dinner. Their menu is fantastic, with a lot of different options. We had the Ribs and Greek Chicken dinner. My husband said “these are amongst the best ribs I’ve ever had”. The Greek chicken was amazing. The food portions are more than generous. This will be our Friday night go to place for sure! The staff was also so friendly!“

“This place is extremely excellent for anyone who knows how good a Chicago dog is, even if you don’t want a Chicago dog, they have plenty of other options that simply surpass any other classic diners. Not only do they keep their food fresh and delicious. They also have the most experienced workers I’ve ever seen, working here for over 2 decades each and every one of them. Making sure everyone gets the proper preparations for their food. Would 100% recommend anyone who is either visiting Chicago, or hasn’t tried this place. Irving’s does it like no one else simply because of experience and also knowing almost all there costumers personally. Not to mention they’ve been open for over 50 years now! “Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you“

“My daughter and I stopped in Wednesday morning. Alex cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked in. Chick fil A restaurant are known for their hospitality but Alex and Tammy who took and filled our order went above and beyond duty to make us feel welcome. My daughter was overjoyed at how delicious her vanilla ice coffee tasted and appreciated Tammy's offer to adjust flavor if it was not to her liking. The many small extra touches to our meal made our visit extraordinary! We will be stopping back in anytime we are in the area:)“

“Visited drive through and ordered 6 piece combo. Pulled up to window after a few minutes wait and handed staff member a credit card. I asked for the receipt and in a not so nice way was told ‘it’s on the bottom of the bag’ I told the staff member they were rude. (I don’t think she wanted to be there) .
When I got home there was no receipt in the bag. I called the customer service number explained how much I liked the food but wanted the receipt. I was told to wait a few days and it would be emailed to me. 6 days later and I’m still waiting. I don’t like to post on- line a negative experience but thought maybe I might get the issue resolved if I did

“Most times that I go to Arby's on Green Bay Road in North Chicago, it's for the Reuben Sandwich with Crinkle Fries. They make a delicious Reuben, but with that sandwich, I always get the Crinkle Fries. They are fresh made every time.....hot and crispy with a creamy center. If you thought Mickey D's had great fries, you'd be right, but these just might change your mind about who's are better. They're that good.! And don't forget the Jamocha Shake!!!“
