“My friends and I have been to PL8 in the past and absolutely loved it. Now the new owner has added a lot of traditional Chinese dishes which makes the food even better. The new chef’s special cumin lamb is the best in town. Bo bo beef, spicy fish fillet/beef, basil shrimp/Chicken, and live whole fish are delicious. Recently we tried their sushi dishes, all the raw seafood is very fresh. ?“

“I order some large soup today e got a different order from a different restaurant. So I order from Cafe Zupas e got something from Sweet Tomatoes. So I try to call Uber to let them know that I had the wrong order and couldn’t talk to anyone. So I called Cafe Zupas and I explained to them what happened and the guy came to deliver my order himself in 10 minutes e I was very impressed with his customer service.????“

“Best cakes and soups I have ever had! Everything is made fresh and tastes delicious! John and Nana are friendly and work hard to cook wonderful soups and treats. I have brought cakes to work and parties and they are always tasty and fresh. Even the gluten free foods melt in your mouth. Give them a try you'll be happy you did!“

The only critique would be to to change the sesame chicken recipe because it looked and tasted exactly like the orange chicken with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. Sesame chicken meat was tough too, we were disappointed with that dish. Otherwise we will be back to try more things off the menu.“

Her passion for her job was evident, and her positive energy lifted our spirits throughout the evening. She went above and beyond, ensuring that each of us had an equal share of the birthday friend's bill, a feat that many restaurants struggle with. Despite our last-minute request, she handled it swiftly and efficiently. Additionally, they were incredibly attentive to the two members of our party with gluten allergies, checking in multiple times to confirm their needs. “Located in a high end shopping center near LL Bean and Ruth’s Chris. We stopped for lunch on a Thursday. We ordered at the counter and our food was ready just as we sat down with our filled drinks. I had the chicken strawberry poppyseed salad while my husband had the new chicken Caesar salad, both of us with a baguette piece on the side. The only criticism we had is that our chicken slices were still frozen together in chunks. It was still soft and fine to chew, but surprisingly cold, especially in the first encounter! That’s a minor thing, though, and I would be fine with stopping here again.“
