“I worked for Francesca’s, the Italian restaurant, for over 12 years and loved the food there. When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. The dressing on the salad was unmatched, and the bolognese sauce had such depth to it, it was insane. Thanks Sonny’s!!“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“Had no idea this gem existed until today! Looking for somewhere to get a quick sandwich, specifically wanted a panini, and this did not disappoint! My husband got the Cuban which he really enjoyed. I had a build your own. Everything was really fresh and delicious! Great staff! Will definitely be back!“

“Leo was our Server and he did amazing, he was able to take care of us although we saw him handle a party of 24. Even though it was only two of us he treated us like we were the party. We appreciate servers like Leo. And shoutout to the manager Jon, nicest guy in the world. Came to check on us and chatted it up. It’s people like Jon that make the world a better place. And lastly shoutout to the back of the house. The food was amazing , my mother loves this place. Keep doing what you are doing.“

“We just left, the food is the same, we always come for the salad and breadsticks, (I wish they would have an option to just get salad and breadsticks), the rest of the food is average, but our server Jackson was amazing. Management- if all of your servers are as friendly as Jackson was, you’d never have any complaints!“

“The General Manager in Hoffman Estates Panera is one of the best I have ever seen. His name is Brian. He is constantly on the go, working the register, making drinks, cleaning tables, helping people as needed. Very approachable. We frequent this store regularly. Kudos Brian!“

We chose Rigatoni alla Vodka, Cheese Manicotti, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Paid extra for 3 meatballs.
Also had unlimited soup, salad & breadsticks.
Every item was delicious.
The service was EXTRAORDINARY! Our server was Alyssa, who earned a shout-out with the Manager.
Restaurant and wash rooms were immaculate.

“5�s, Panera! I ordered a panini and quinoa bowl for dinner / lunch tomorrow. Got to the car and found she thought I wanted a U pick 2 and only got a 1/2 panini �. Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. Now that’s customer service. Thank you!!! �“

“I like to do the pick 2. I love their Autumn Squash soup, Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, and Broccoli cheddar soup. I pair it with the Turkey Bravo sandwich or Strawberry Poppyseed salad (Seasonal.) I tried the Creme Brulee Iced Latte today and it was good. It wasn't too sweet. I also enjoy their iced green tea flavors and frozen mocha drinks. The one is Glen Ellyn was super busy today and we had to wait awhile for our food. It's best to order ahead of you're getting it to go.“

“No comment on service because there was zero human contact. You order through a kiosk, then someone just yells your number & you go and grab your food from the counter. A worker came out and looked at us and then quickly ran back. lmao Place was nice. Food was good.

“Happened upon this place and decided to give it a try. I'm thoroughly impressed! From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Please pass along how great he is!! But besides the service, the food was AMAZING! I've been in search of a new place, and I'm beyond happy that I happened to be getting ice cream, next door, and happened to see their menu in the window. I kept it simple, this time, but I will definitely be back. Both because of the food, and because of the genuinely pleasant nature of the worker.“
