“I had a nice experience with my granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and attentive to her. My only issue is that when ordering fries they don't fill the box. I always get 1/2 of what the box size is.“

“I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! “What a positive experience I had at the Lake Bluff Starbucks. I went for a 30 minute coffee to check my emails, and was so pleasantly surprised when the barista asked if I wanted a ceramic mug for my coffee. She even offered to bring it to my table. When she brought it, she mentioned they offer a free refill. Then, another barista came around with a free sample of one of their ice coffees. What a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Starbucks!“

“5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

The manager, Jess, was very kind and made my daughter feel at ease (who was embarrassed for spilling her drink). “Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

“Okay so some of the negative reviews are about the prices so I'll get that out of the way first. It is slightly more expensive than most dunkins I would say by 10%. That being said, the quality of the doughnuts are so much better. Like they aren't the chain Dunkin doughnuts they are different. You can make fun of me all you want but come try these damn doughnuts they are the best Dunkin doughnuts I ever had! They cooked the egg bites perfectly. My bagel and cream cheese was done extra toasty like I asked and it's perfect! They also did my coffee perfect too! Large mocha cream no sugar and it's perfect!Definitely coming back if I'm in the area“

“I used to come to this location every morning when I was a farmer to buy the exact same thing. Two breakfast sandwiches, egg protein box, and a large açaí refresher. Never have I ever had a problem here. I feel bad going through the drive through especially when there’s multiple cars ahead of me and that does take a considerable amount of patience to endure sometimes but the food and drink always comes how I ordered it so it’s worth the wait. I went in on thanksgiving twice in the same day, once in the store and once in the drive through and both times I got what I ordered and the staff were (and normally are) very friendly. One star taken off simply because the pricing is insane :)“
