As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. “The customer service left much to be desired. While ordering I almost drove away because the person taking my order was rude. Any question I asked was responded to with attitude and like I was inconvenient for asking.

I’d never been before so I wanted to try a bit of everything. The cheesesteak was delicious. I got the original, knowing that if there was going to be a “best” option, this was it. It didn’t disappoint. It was well cooked, bread wasn’t too soggy, it was cut down the middle for convenience. Perfect amount of cheese, meat, and onions. I also got boneless wings with teriyaki sauce. The wings were a slightly overcooked and hard to bite into and the sauce was way too salty for me (almost like it was too much soy sauce). I got an order of the loaded fries which were messy and delicious.“

“Was looking online to see what time they’re open until nowadays and read a good review on a chicken pita so I came and I tried it and it was delicious😋 I wish I took a picture instead of recording a video..! It was so good and colorful. The soup was really good too! I was a little scared to come at first because it was so close to closing time but I immediately felt reassured as soon as the man came on the speaker to take my order! “To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order. I have worked in hospitality all my life. I know how she felt but if she want customers to return and ensure job security for her, she should be a little more friendly and willing to assist.“
