“Amazing smoked beef brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. Everything was was made fresh and served piping hot. The BBQ sauce is delicious... sweet, smoky and a tad spicy. The portions are large and well worth the money. If in the area again, I would definitely go back.“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

“The Griffin Museum of Science and Industry was an amazing experience with something memorable around every corner. The Spider-Man exhibit was a lot of fun, and the storm and airplane simulations made the science feel hands-on, exciting, and real.

The human specimen exhibition was not something I am into but it is interesting.

Another major highlight was walking through the full-sized United Airlines Boeing 727. It was especially meaningful to learn that the aircraft honors Captain William Norwood, United’s first Black pilot, and reflects the important legacy of Black achievement and representation in aviation. We visited during a Black pilots convention in August, along with a pilot there for the conference, which made that connection even more powerful and inspiring.

This museum blends interactive science, history, innovation, and powerful stories in a way that keeps visitors engaged. Definitely a five-star visit and well worth the time.“

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. The service started off great and stayed that way the entire time. We were seated very quickly and didn’t have to wait long at all. The food came out fresh and hot, and no joke; everything we tried was extremely delicious. We decided to try a little bit of everything so we could really experience the menu. We ordered the oxtails, Alfredo pasta, lamb chops, fried catfish, rib tips, baked mac & cheese, and candied yams, and every single dish was on point. The flavors were incredible and everything was cooked perfectly. Another thing that really stood out was how clean the restaurant was. Even the bathrooms were spotless, which always says a lot about a place. Great food, great service, and a clean environment; you can’t ask for much more than that. Hands down a 10/10 experience. I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. You just don’t see this level of customer service in the fast food industry. There just aren’t enough adjectives which adequately express how great of a representative Dominick is for DiCola’s.“

“Had a great time here! Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We had the Brussel Sprouts, add the hot honey, a Fish and Chips with an upgrade side of truffle fries, and a Veggie burger. Beers on draft were great, and we had made it in time for happy hour pricing. Staff was attentive and very nice. The place is very spacious and on a upper level. There is an elevator for the handicap accessible, but make sure to ask for assistance!“

The chicken was well seasoned a bit too salty for me personally but still good. Talipia was bland but the crust was good. But the Catfish can take them very far. I was very impressed and will be back regularly for their Catfish. Yummy“

“Up until now, I have never wanted to try frog legs until I tasted theirs. Took my Mom to lunch and tried one of hers which turned into a few and now I'm hooked. They were moist, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Very fresh and well sized. Didnt too much care for the chicken wing zings. They were too salty although fresh and crispy. Also had the seafood salad which was good. Been back again for the frog legs. FYI it is CASH ONLY. Great customer service which was a plus for me. So I didn't mind coming back considering I live no where near the restaurant.“

Super clean sitting area with quiet music and television while you wait for your food. I've been there twice already, and will definitely be going back. “Visited from STL and this time the owner was there. Very chill laid back good time. This particular night they had karaoke, which was fun. The bartenders are friendly and know how to pour. Shavon kept the drinks coming! The owner is hands on, friendly professional and made sure to show us out of towners hospitality. After a few dances and drinks we ordered food to go. “I visited this restaurant yesterday Monday with my family, and I'm happy we came here for lunch!! The food was amazingly delicious!! I got camarones el g-fe, I really enjoyed my plate!! I definitely give 5 stars for the food!! Also, to drink I had a small strawberry margarita, it was yummy!! (Many of the fancy drinks are extremely expensive) On the other hand, service maybe 1 or 2 stars because it was only 3 tables with customers (including my table) and service was extremely slow. Just to come and take our drink orders was about a 20-25min wait. Once we ordered our food, it came in a promptly manner. Our waiter was nice but just that after getting our food, it was very difficult to get the waiters attention. I can only imagine going there on a weekend when it's crowded, I'm guessing on a busy weekend... probably like a 45min or more to take your order. I'll most definitely visit this restaurant again but I will make sure I only go during the week when it's not crowded.“
