We enjoyed our visit in this restaurant our waitress supported us by grilling the food and we enjoyed the dinner. Unfortunately I forgot here name, but I will update the comment when I remember her name. She was really very helpful and with great patience as we not understood in the beginning the system.
So for my followers I will explain the process:
Basicly you have two tiers to select: Silver and Gold. The details of the tiers can give your waitress.
You order through a iPad and each person can order 6 different dishes. Be careful the time is limited on 2 hours.
I would suggest to go early to avoid any waiting times.

“Stopped in yesterday for a late lunch. Small, charming, everything you want a little local spot to be. Welcoming, very nice. Sadly out of brisket at the time (honestly a good sign of really good brisket if they were sold out by 2pm) but he recommended the turkey sandwich.

I've had good smoked turkey before. But I have never had a smoked turkey sandwich this good. Flavor was absolutely on point, texture was tender and juicy. Best turkey I've had in my entire life and I've had some pretty good turkey. Fries were seasoned and fried to perfection. The white sauce was a great complement to the fries and worked well with the sandwich - didn't overpower the turkey flavor but honestly I ate most of the sandwich without sauce, it was that good.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates smoked meat.“

“I had the Beautiful Disaster for the Sunday Brunch. I also took home a full slab of Ribs and their homemade sauce. All of it was outstanding. The French Toast with Bacon at the bottom of the Disaster was amazing. The Ribs and sauce were out of this world. I will be back!!!“

And one of the best BBQ sauces I love.
The rip tips are great.
The ribs are great.
The pulled pork is great.
I love the garlic bread wiith there home BBQ sauce on it.
They use teal.oak wood for the pit to smoke the meat.
I have been going there for 15 years or 16 yesrs, always happy there.
Looks great on the outside and lots of kool antiques decorating the inside.
Go try it, you will love it.

I never go right away when a new restaurant opens, I let them get the “kinks” worked out first. Alsip has been open for quite sometime; and I just had my 1st visit 06/17/25. Pictured here is a Pimento Cheese Sausage Link ($8 and a style I've never tasted before 5/5), half a pound of Brisket ($17, probably one of the best I've had 5/5), both come with a side of onions and pickles, and ordered sides of Coleslaw ($4, dry, not creamy 3/5) and Mac & Cheese ($6, which was average 2.5/5). Not a huge fan of how the BBQ sauce packets came, pictured here - opted for Hot Smoky and Smoky Barbecue Sauce. A bit pricey but was filling. Would like to try the Tri-Tip, Hot Link, and Chicken Wings next visit.

“I went here almost every day for lunch during NeoCon. I had the brisket salad multiple times, but the sausage platter is amazing, as well as the fried chicken sandwich. I didn’t have everything on the menu over my visits, but my colleagues did and everything looked great, the sauces are exactly as described. Waffle fries are crispy and delicious, as well as the Mac and Cheese.“
