“If I told you how good this place was in a detailed review you’d probably think I was lying. I’d rather just encourage you to not take my word for it but to challenge my word, and go there for yourself. The management, the staff, the food… not one of them will disappoint. This was my first time here, and they gained a loyal customer. Outstanding customer service backed by an equally flavorful and fresh meal. Will return! Edit: I forgot to mention we were welcomed in, and asked if it were our first time. Jay did such a fantastic job of explaining the menu and giving us a recommendation as well. “We didn't actually go in-person, rather got delivery through UberEats were they have a BOGO deal with *insane* value. 40 wings, delivered to Whiting, with tax and a $6 tip was $39.61!! I can't find any in-store options for <$1 per wing, let alone as delicious as these were and delivered no less. They were on the smaller side but a generous variety of flats and drums. We got 1/2 medium spiced (comes with a zesty ranch-based sauce) and 1/2 buffalo (also comes with plain ranch, and buffalo was by far our favorite. We will for sure be doing this deal again when we are near a Byrd's location!“

“Captain Hook’s Fish & Chicken is so good and always hits the spot. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and just flat-out better than anywhere else. They’re always open when I need them, and the taste is consistently amazing every time. I literally drive 30 minutes just to come here, and that should tell you everything. I have a Sharks Fish & Chicken near my house and it does not compare at all. Captain Hook’s is on a whole different level.“

“The kids at the register were nice and the food was ready quickly. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A. I expected it to be overpriced and underflavored, but it was decent. My only issue was overflowing trash cans, which looked neglected. It wasn't the best last impression, but overall everything else was okay.“

This is the best Harold's Chicken restaurant I have been in for a long time.......Ok let me tell you something... First this Harold's is fast.. chicken is fresh and I know u all know what I'm saying when I say FRESH..(Anit) nothing like fresh hot Harold's Chicken 🍗 second most Harold's Chicken charge up for Lemon Pepper... not them..hot sauce..mild sauce they even will add salt and pepper if you ask.... now u really gonna flip ur weave off when I tell you this....tell...yell..all ur homies... that on Tuesdays u can get a 2 piece for only,$2. Hell yeah that's what I said... and on Wednesday's Wings are $1 a piece... yeah buddy.. now u think I'm gonna go to another Harold's Chicken hell no... This my home now.... “Great food! My friend and I went for a quick bite to eat before going home. This place hit the spot. The guy taking our was good, and he gave us recommendations and explained the menu. We ordered wings, tenders, shrimp, and fries with some canned drinks. It's not a fancy food spot, but if you're hungry and want something to satisfy you, I recommend coming here.“
