Then came Carlos, who completely elevated our experience. He was attentive, understanding, and incredibly talented. I can be pretty particular with food, and when I told him exactly how I like my salmon, he went above and beyond. The result was even better than I expected! The flavors were perfect, the presentation was beautiful, and his service was outstanding from start to finish.

“I always enjoy Seafood Junction. I found I prefer the baked fish, I usually go with the catfish, with steamed veggies in butter sauce with a little of all the seasonings. I always get a side of the veggies to eat as another meal. The hard boiled eggs in butter, again with all the seasonings, are good as well.“

I was impressed with the tv that showed how things were prepared; looked scrumptious! I got the catfish dinner for my parents and they too were pleased.“

“I went for some tamales, they were really good, I also had some sopes, I was really pleased with the flavor of my sopes, they were delicious. I had take out, and the wait for my food was not long it all. The cashier was very nice, she even let me had a taste of their champurrado. I will be back. I recommend this place.“

“We had a good experience while celebrating a friend's birthday. The staff adeptly managed our large group with grace and humor. The courses were well timed, the perfect temperature, aromatic and flavorful. Our only minor complaint was the 1 hour wait to be seated, and they don't take reservations. Perhaps they can offer tea to those who are waiting? As they grow, a separate prayer space would be a welcome addition.“

My first experience was to celebrate my daughter's birthday in August, the next was a birthday celebration for my sister, and God willing, I will celebrate my birthday in May. But trust, I will not wait until my birthday to go, mainly because I don't live in Illinois, but because I frequent this state, Al Bahaar is on my list of stops & I encourage family and friends to join me! “Thanks to Azzy & Alejandro for making our dinner so enjoyable. The food was delicious (I had the fish tacos & my husband had the pork chop) - service was excellent. The night before was busy & loud and Azzy saw us come in right away - seated us in a quieter space & brought us exactly what we needed - good food, a glass of wine & a Guinness from the tap. Perfect.

Also, during our 3 day stay at the hotel - every breakfast was delicious and served by such caring, nice people. Easier to get the day started with service like that.

“When you need a good late-night snack in Bellwood, it's the place to go. Parking is good and the place is not off the beaten path. The menu is plentiful, and the food is fresh! I suppose you could eat at one of the 2 tables, but why not take it home, relax, and enjoy it?“

I always order the catfish steaks, and I've never had a bad experience here. They are very consistent in terms of food quality and service. I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. “We have been lucky to attend this hall on multiple occasions from a production company standpoint. The hall is not the best for sound reinforcement as you will need a separate rig pointed to where the main entrance is to ensure you will have even coverage for all patrons. However, it is a minor detail that with the right professional shouldn't be a problem. The catering was very good and the space looked very nice. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice event space.“
