“Food is great and served in reasonable time. The waitress could be more attentive to patrons seeing that the tip is added to the bill and paid before even receiving food. I asked for something and she forgot and brought it to the table 15 minutes later after I was almost done with meal. Had to ask for water, waitress only filled up my husband’s glass not mine and both were pretty much empty and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted more water. Hopefully this is read and improved on my return visit. It least it shows me how to tip next time 😏“

“It took us a while to be able to snipe a reservation and I can certainly see why they need them for dine in. They do not have a lot of tables at all. The food and drinks are absolutely amazing. The service was attentive and prompt. Be careful though since they don't have a lot of tables they do rely on people respecting the allotted time for their reservations. I'd probably do to go more just because the food is so very good and I don't necessarily need a sit down experience. I can't wait for them to move to tower grove east because then they'll have more tables.“

“I suddenly realized that after eating at BLK almost once a week for years, I had never written a review for them. The quality of their salmon/tuna poke bowls and burritos are some of the best I've ever had, and compares favorably to poke places on the West Coast. The burrito is over-stuffed with deliciously fresh ingredients, with a variety of flavors. I did try other places in STL, but they often compensate for cheaper fish with excess sauce; this is not the case here as, even without adding sauce, the poke is delicious. The staff is always nice and makes you feel right at home!“

“We love this place! Our favorite is the Texas BBQ Massacre! Absolutely delicious! The decore and atmosphere are spot on! Seeing a little tabletop standee of BrainScan was such a throwback! Everytime we come to St. Louis it is an obvious stop for us. My husband was recently sent up here to the hospital from Joplin and as soon as we found out he could eat I knew right were he was going to send me to pick up food. My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

She gave us enough time to settle in so we could make our choices. Rob had a Kona Wave draft, and I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Bailee brought us bread made, and baked on The Hill with great quality olive oil, and herbs for dipping. Rob ordered the lasagna, and I opted for the Tutti de Mare with seafood, garlic, butter, and olive oil. My dinner was delicious, and made with freshly made pasta, and a perfect mix of perfectly cooked wild caught seafood of mussels,shrimp, clams, and squid. Rob's lasagna also featured freshly made pasta sheets, Anthonino's red sauce, sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese. I tasted it, and it's your pick here if you love lasagna. Homemade taste that brought me back to my grandmother's and my mother's tables. 🥰❤️ I also felt welcomed, and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Many ingredients are locally sourced, some items are seasonally rotated in or out, and the food always pairs with beer of which they have several. The service has always been exceptional and without the condescension found at other places. The beer selection, which also has some rotating members, has a flavor for every pallet every season.“

“I can’t stop thinking about YOU! My husband and I visited our friends in St. Louis in July. We’re from Michigan & they said that this was the place we HAD to go to no negotiations. I’m a pasta girl so I said no problem! This place is absolutely amazing. I had a special rigatoni with shrimp and oh my goodness. Chefs kisss doesn’t define it. The food was so delightful and definitely Italian authentic! Homemade noodles, sauce from scratch, delicious wine, high quality meats….the list goes on. The only problem now is I’m 1,000 miles away with no hope of ever eating it again. Trattoria Marcella…I love you! I’ve been thinking about you! And I wish I could go BACK! Highly recommend. It’s one of those places that is excellent from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The manager is delightful as well! Don’t think about it! Just do it!!!“

“We actually had a fantastic time at Broadway oyster bar, which we always do. You always accommodate my wheelchair at the front table, which gives me easy access in and out since it is quite a truck to the bathroom because of having to leave the building and re-entering, but I don't mind that your venue is very much worth it. The food was fantastic last night. I had a Caesar salad and the rest of my party had full meals, but that was the best Caesar salad. I think I've ever had in the band LAKA of course is the absolute best even if she is one of my closest friends“
