“Smaller McDonald's, ie. inside and out. Service was fast, but I walked in, and used the app before doing so... as I always do. Get your points. Get the deals. Get free food. Food was average. It's McDonald's not a steak house. What I ordered, is what I got. Parking lot is a bit small, but atleast the wifi seemed to cover all of said.“

“Travelled from New Jersey for a wedding in Belleville. We knew we wanted to try a local coffee shop while we were in town so we stopped into Longstory Coffee for it's great reviews and unique location in a renovated 1800's train depot. The atmosphere was incredible and the coffee was better. I ordered a pour over that was exceptional and my husband ordered the mocha. It was one of the best he's had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Illinois. It was very reminiscent of the coffee we get over at the farmers market in New Jersey. Also, Carla B's BBQ Breakfast Burrito is the best thing I've ever had for brunch. Thanks for having us!“

Although the coffee is fantastic and I honestly can't get over hearing "scoot around" every time I'm there, that's not the reason we frequent this location. “We went through the drive through and I got a mocha coffee. It was sooo good. I've had a lot of coffee, a lot and this was hands down the best out of the many I've had. Their cute advertising was amazing and the other drinks looked so yummy and eye catching to say the least. I won't drive past another Scooters without stopping to try another drink. “My husband I I ate breakfast at Main Street Cafe. My husband had a cheese omelette, home fries and English muffin. I had 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious. The cafe is old but clean, comfortable and the servers are attentive and friendly. “Went to June’s for the first time this past Saturday. 9am was perfect as it got very busy shortly after. I ordered the French toast with strawberries, potatoes, and bacon. “First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)

“I love this location everyone is so amazing and friendly they make you feel very welcoming. It’s only 1 person that I’m not a fan of and I believe on her tag it said her name is Sara. I don’t like how all of the other workers will be tied up busy doing something and she just stands there and watch. She’s not friendly. I sat and watched her while I waited in line stand over a worker while they were making a drink instead of coming over and taking my order. I don’t know if that was her way of rushing them but it just rubbed me off wrong and the way she talks to the workers in front of customers could be a little more nicer especially if they’re doing all the work as she stands there looking. Not to mention she can acknowledge the customers as well but overall I love this location keep up the great work.“

Always a 5-star experience when I visit this location.

Today I tried the new Caramel Protein Matcha (hot, venti, served in my personal cup). I customized it by reducing the caramel syrup from four pumps to three and choosing sugar-free caramel — and it was made perfectly.

What stands out most to me is the consistent warmth. The staff acknowledge customers with eye contact and genuine smiles, no matter the time of day or how busy it is. That kind of attentiveness matters.

I experience it personally, and I see it extended to everyone who walks through the door.

That consistency is why I gladly return.

“I went into Baskin-Robbins expecting, you know… a normal scoop. Maybe a lil cup. A casual vibe. Instead, these absolute legends said “nah” and casually disappeared to the back like they were about to perform surgery—only to return with a FRESH BUCKET of ice cream like they had just churned it with love, dedication, and possibly magic.

I’m standing there like… is this a transaction or a life-changing event??

The scoop? Immaculate. The energy? Elite. The commitment to my happiness? Unmatched. I felt like a VIP. A celebrity. The chosen one of frozen dairy.

If you’re debating going—don’t. Just go. Worst case scenario: you get amazing ice cream. Best case scenario: they pull out a fresh bucket and you ascend to another plane of existence like I did.
