Choices for food all looked so good but I chose the short ribs and found them so tender and delicious. Friends had chicken pot pie and pork dinners. I tasted all of them and they were fantastic. Had the chocolate dessert although it’s rich it’s a must have. Servers knew their menu and very attentive.Great experience and one I’ll do again and again. “Truly the best karaoke experience! I've been a regular here for a couple years and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The food is top notch Korean food and the song selection is pretty great. (If you can't find the song you want they can also switch to YouTube if you ask). I want to recommend them but I also want to keep this gem for myself.“

Pick your atmosphere: you can sit a the counter where it's more like a speakeasy, or at a table in the bustling bar, or in the lobby area of the apartment building where it's more like a quieter lounge. My favorite bar in uptown.“

“This was our first time in as we just moved to the neighborhood and we loved it! We had come from dinner but decided we wanted some snacks. We had the fried pickles, pretzels, & ice cream with churros-- I was surprised but oh so happy they had some kind of dessert. The bartender was a super nice guy-- very friendly. He checked on us often and never left us waiting for anything. The interior was really cute and about what you expect for a corner/ neighborhood bar. We will for sure be back-- so glad we gave it a try!“

“We had an event here with about 30-35 people they assigned Natalie to us and she was amazing. Every time I looked up to tell a new person who to speak to, she was there. Every drink ordered was retrieved quickly and delivered to the right person. People would ask for suggestions based on their interests and she always had top notch recommendations. Natalie was the best!“

“My experience at this bar was in the late 70s and early 80s. My husband, Michael and his partner Micky owned this place when my husband was in medical school. There was one of many brawls here that were just hilarious. One in February when the entire bar cleared into the street and “dibs” chairs were thrown everywhere. The police showed up and everyone was back in the bar like nothing happened. It had a liquor rack over the square bar. There was a neighborhood Elvis impersonator dancing on the bar. All at once the liquor rack crashed onto the bar. My husband proposed to me there. Always something with a cast of characters. I’m sure it’s very different now. Great memories ??“

“What a great place. Very old, very quaint, very comfortable. I felt like I was in the cheers bar from the 80s. Everyone was super fun. The staff, while being busy, was still attentive and friendly. The drinks were great. They have a more of little side rooms so check them out. Didn't try any of the food but the menu looked good. Music was good and at just the right volume. You could still talk but hear it.“

“This is one of those really cool, hip yet chill neighborhood bars. There's very little drama and it's just very fun. Matthew, the bartender, is a big part of it being a wonderful place. He's a terrific bartender and it's evident by watching him that he just cares so much about the patrons and Goldie's doing well. Plus, he's a great mixologist, so it's a lot of fun to watch him do his thing. Overall, it's a place I am so happy that I discovered. Dog friendly, too!“
