“A childhood memory in Chicago! I brought my husband to experience Gayetys. The charm when we walked in and then the SMELL OF YUMMY CHOCOLATE was a Zen moment!!! We toured the counters then dived into purchases! We had no time for ice cream but we will be back. We did have a piece of chocolate each at home ohhhhh yum. I had the taffy apple for dessert it was like no other. This is a must to visit.“

“Their ice cream is literally the best i’ve ever had! My only complaint is that this location never allows for us to come inside. I’ve seen several people either leave or take their business next door because of it. Not many people see their sign but if they had their door propped open with music playing it’ll definitely attract more customers and allow for us to engage with the workers. It’s a very nice area!“

Parking: There were plenty of parking spots open, so you are able to park right next to the store.“

“They make great shakes. It's one of our go to places, but it is a carryout place. The parking is limited and most people use the drive through to carryout. They have three umbrella seating benches usually being used, so don't count on sitting there. But, the shakes are sure to please.“

$4 regular onion rings came with literally only 4 onion rings. $1/ring is crazy so that’s the only feedback. Will say they were nice and crispy tho but still either overpriced, but more likely the gentleman serving out too few on accident.“

When I came back into town, I knew I couldn't leave without buying some to bring back with me to Oklahoma today! “This location was, by far, the best DQ we have ever visited. We have a family of 6, and upon arrival, we were personally greeted immediately by what I believe was the GM of the establishment, who wZ pleasantly friendly! The cleanliness of the restaurant was immaculate. The environment and atmosphere was superb. They were patient as we decided what to order. They have great deals and, for a family of 6, each one of us ordered lunch and dessert for about $30! We decided to dine-in, and the service was so fast, that we were personally handed some items before we even sat down! Upon seating, they had brought all of our items to us personally, only about 1 minute after having sat down! It was incredible service. The food and desserts were delicious! The best burger we had in a long time! My sons loved the new confetti dipped cone, and a classic vanilla shake. My husband and I enjoyed our blizzards, and my daughters loved the real strawberries in their strawberry sundaes! Overall, the management and team were awesome, excellent restaurant. thank you DQ for the pleasant experience!“

“I grew up in Highland with Sweet Tooth right down the street. Summers were full of bike rides with the boys to get some ice cream and a Jones Soda. Today I found out they reopened in Munster, and was able to take a stroll down memory lane. Such a fantastic, caring local business, and I will definitely be returning!“

“I have been to this location of Culver's in Monee about four times, now. I have had a great experience everytime, even with different management. Ja'Ney, I think it's spelled that way was very accommodating towards me and Van Lain made our concrete's very well. This is the Culver's to go to!“

“I was going there for a couple years on the first opened when I was a school bus driver. then after I left the school bus company and we moved out to part forest it wasn't close for me anymore. I tried one in Chicago heights. it was not nearly as good as this one's ice cream. it's fantastic friendly people. I loved it. I missed it. I went back today and it was still great. “I ADORE Coldstone Creamery located on Dixie Highway in Homewood, Illinois. The icecream is phenomenal. The servers are hardworking and kind. While the environment is not exactly warm and welcoming - Dairy Queen on Ride Road is better for that, BUT this is open year round and has better, but more pricey icecream. It is my GO-TO, NEED A SHAKE/TREAR ASAP ice cream parlor!

Vegetarian options: It is NOT Vegan (milk, dairy products) and cannot substitute the health benefits of veggies!

Parking: Kind of cramped parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Very kud friendly!
