“My flight got canceled so it was the end of a long day when I finally made it to the Hilton Garden Inn, but the service at the hotel was great and the Cobb salad at the restaurant tasted like I had just picked everything fresh from the garden. Definitely stay here again!“

“A must have if you’re taking a trip to Rivers Casino.
I usually have the Macon Bacon Burger (i think that’s the correct name), and I get it medium rare and it is soooooooo good. I also add an order of hash browns and for just $4 more, it’s most definitely a great deal. They give you a very good amount.
The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because, just about everyone is very polite except one or two cashiers, who seem to be miserable working there but do make an effort to at least treat guests politely but you can definitely tell that they really gotta force themselves, not easy to approach them to order. Casino management, please take note about this, not good for business. Other than that, this is one of my favorite places to have a big juicy delicious tasting burger“

“I hadn’t been here in a while but after our most recent experience I’ll be going more often. Went for our anniversary dinner. Booked reservations thru Open Table, arrived early and got seated right away in a cozy booth in the bar. There was a card and Anniversary placard waiting for us on the table. We were offered complimentary champagne to toast right away which was delicious. Our server Susan was outstanding and all the food was exceptional. We split a wine flight - loved them all! The pacing was terrific we didn’t have to wait long for anything but we never felt rushed. We went all out for the special occasion with soup, a starter, entrees, sides and desserts but would choose more affordable happy hour options to go more frequently. The menu changes four times a year (with the seasons) and all the calorie counts are kept low for the entrees which I love.“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

“I went to dinner here with friends last night. I used to live in The Glen, and since I still live only about ten minutes away, I have been coming here regularly for more than ten years.
Everything was great, but the ribeye I ordered medium came out well-done. I sent it back, and the manager, Kaitlyn, came over, apologized, and had it remade. Unfortunately, the second steak was also not cooked to the correct temperature. I honestly felt bad and was willing to just eat it, even though it was not my fault, but Kaitlyn insisted on having it made again correctly.
I was truly impressed by the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a restaurant responds and makes an effort to take care of its guests. Kaitlyn handled the situation professionally and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
A special thank-you to Kaitlyn and our server, Sara, for their outstanding service. I have been coming here for over ten years, but I do not think I have ever been this impressed by the level of care and hospitality. Truly excellent service.“

“Its a nice place, has good ambiance and had a nice window seat. The tomato soup was excellent, had a sweet kick, wished there was maybe a spot of bread with it. Service was very active and server answered questions kindly. Food wasn’t really my type, a bit “fancy”, with lots of garnish, but obviously doesn’t deserve to lose an actual star because of that. “This is a gem that everyone should know about, but I'm thrilled there isn't a 30+ minute wait every time I go.
As someone who loves coffee, I still don't understand how their coffee tastes so good. Their plain, black coffee and Americanos taste out of this world. Some of the best coffee if not the best I've ever had. The food is always fresh, tastes/seems made to order, and again the coffee is amazing. A friend who doesn't drink caffeine loves their decaf, and as someone who doesn't drink decaf, even I like their decaf.“

“The wife and I went back to the old neighborhood to visit somebody at the hospital driving around we found modern plate. We figure we’d give it a try. There is no doubt in my mind that this place eventually will be a five star restaurant. The food was phenomenal service atmosphere But I will tell you this much. Don’t go there with your good. Looks thinking you’re gonna buy something bring your cash, but it’s well worth it. The wife and I cannot wait to go back to try something else.“

“We ate at Phase Three today at the recommendation of my doctor. And it did NOT disappoint. We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“This is the best place to eat in Chicago O’Hare T5. Their bowls and wraps are all healthy, full of protein and good ingredients, and taste delicious. Pricing is also a plus as the average price is around $13 or less which is less than a quarter pounder meal at Mc Donald’s. She was patient, thorough, and accommodating ensuring that my daughter was comfortable in a very important time of her life. Our event captain (again not sure of her title) Kylie also was amazing -- handling each of our requests quickly and pleasantly. These two ladies are an asset to your company & should be commended for their fantastic work ethic. All the event staff from the bartenders, to servers, to bus boys were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious as well. Our event was amazing & memorable largely due to the associates we interacted with.“
