The owner is an incredible man who trains, cares for and models amazing service and character to the whole staff. Cafe has a great, spacious, calm vibe sharing space in a food hall.“

I paired my latte with the Amarillo Chipotle sandwich. An absolutely delicious spicy twist on the classic bacon, egg, and cheese. Jesse helped me decide on the order and I'm so glad he did. The staff were kind, professional, and most importantly know what they are doing with their food and drinks. 10/10“

This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.“

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

It's a small Drive thru so sometimes you worry the line is long, but the staff moves it so quickly! I'd say about 90% of the time the staff is super friendly and calls me by name and is kind and personable. My order is almost never wrong, and one time it was, they fixed it immediately and even offered me the incorrectly made beverage for a friend.“

“Just wanted to say that my faith in humanity was restored after visiting this location. I went to another store (the one by kohl’s in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldn’t do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.“
