“The inside was very clean, tables were kept well and there were plenty of places to sit. Coffee and tea were amazing, we got a green tea and nitro cold brew and they exceeded expectations. We got a ham and cheese sandwich and a spicy avocado bacon sandwich and those also exceeded expectations. Everything was served in a timely manner and the baristas were friendly and welcoming. Will return even though we don't live close, and would recommend. 10/10“

“I highly recommend Kid’s World & Cafe for your kid’s next birthday party! We had our daughter’s second birthday here and it exceeded my expectations! Inna and Cristi did the set up, adorable themed decor, and were so helpful on the day of the party with welcoming guests and taking gifts. It was the most stress free party I have had. All the kids had an absolute blast. They were aged 9 months - 8 years old. The adults were able to have conversations since the kids were kept busy. It was perfect. Guests were able to purchase their yummy coffee drinks too!“

“Just wanted to say that my faith in humanity was restored after visiting this location. I went to another store (the one by kohl’s in south elgin) and ordered a matcha, i accidentally forgot to order it with oat-milk which made it taste bitter/horrible. I asked the barista if i could have it added to my drink or get a small cup of oat-milk so i could add it which i was obviously going to pay for. The barista told me rudely that she couldn’t do that for me and i had to purchase a WHOLE new drink. I kindly refused and went to this location. The sweet girl in the drive through took my order of a cup of oatmilk and gave it to me with the biggest smile. These workers are the best! This will be the only Starbucks i will go to now! Thank you for not turning me down for requesting oat-milk, it was ridiculous.“

“I got a large ice coffee. It was made perfect it was delicious when I walked thru the door I was greeted right away. The place was extremely clean. I did use the restroom very clean. This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink).
