“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

“Our family absolutely loves Bb's donuts! We do miss being able to go inside the donut shop. So many wonderful memories taking our little girl there to eat donuts and read a book or two. We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I stopped in this weekend and ordered two donuts without realizing the shop is cash only (totally my fault for not reading the sign). When I realized I didn’t have cash, the very kind young woman working there immediately said, “No worries, you can just have them.” She didn’t hesitate, didn’t make it awkward, and truly acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all.

I ended up going to the bank and coming back because the way she handled that moment really stuck with me. That level of kindness and grace — when she could have reacted any number of ways — absolutely guarantees I’ll be coming back.

“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! I ordered 2 green teas and she explained that it's going to come out hot because she barely made it. “Junayed is honestly one of the best employees at Dunkin’! I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always nice seeing a familiar and friendly face. He’s always so polite, welcoming, and attentive, and he knows exactly how I like my coffee.

“Let me start by saying that this is not only my go-to Dunkin Donuts but my go-to coffee spot and it's all thanks to Jessica. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

“Very pretty little cafe with outdoor seating space. We only tried the baked goods which were also very pretty and started at $4.50 a piece. The donuts are unconventional--imagine a slightly denser challah shaped like a donut. They're bready and sort of chewy, but it works as a pastry and would pair well with coffee. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of space--no line on a Saturday morning.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! They're rarely ever have lines to wait and great service. I highly recommend this place.“
