“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

“The food is excellent. The Italian Beef is The best italian beef I've had. The meat was well seasoned, well proportioned and not dry. The bread was also really good. The polish was also excellent. I of curse had to have my lemon fluff cupcake, a pastry and who could say no to an apple slice. But the true treats are the lovely and kind ladies working the counter. I truly feel it’s not just because I patronize Wolf’s bakery - but they are genuinely kind and make you feel welcome. I love this bakery’s products and its staff. Happy Holidays!!”

“I like eating bison. The only other place that I know that serves it is Cabela’s, and I am not driving over there. I hate the parking lot though. It is very tight, and some old lady hit the mirror of my van. Just be careful when you are in the tight parking lot. Some people can’t seem to understand how they work. Otherwise, the food is good.”

“On Thursday, 5/30, my wife and I had dinner at the restaurant. Our favorite server, Rita, was assisting us. During our meal, we witnessed a front desk employee yelling at Rita and slamming his hands on the table, causing a significant disturbance that was noticeable to many patrons. Despite this unprofessional behavior, Rita maintained her composure and continued to provide exceptional service. Her professionalism and dedication to her customers were commendable. We will definitely return, thanks to Rita's outstanding service.”

“This restaurant was kaddie corner to my Grandparents on Albany Ave. I went there when I was a boy in the 1970's...it was great back then. It says something that it is still around and still retains the Restaurant Neon sign on it. I would see that illuminated out my Gram's back window... Love it.”

“I love checker's, especially this checker's located in Evergreen Park, Illinois. The cashier/server's name is Dan. He is cordial, kind and gets your food to you piping hot. You can tell that he loves his job. That is a rarity among many fast food restaurants that I have frequented. I give this checker's five stars across the board.”

“I had the opportunity to have a slice of sweet potato cheesecake and a slice of peach cobbler cheesecake. They were both outstanding! The customer service was excellent as well! It is a gem in the Evergreen Park Community. Please support her if you have a chance!”

“Now that I'm working remotely, I don't have access to many healthy restaurants that specialize is fresh, whole foods as I did when I worked downtown. I decided to try the Farmer's fridge delivery in my area and was very happy with the meals and the delivery. I don't have to go through the effort of buying lots of ingredients to make meals; everything is perfectly portioned and tastes great.”
