“Wife and I stopped by while doing our own little bar hop visiting Belleville. First 2 places we visited we weren't impressed with. Saw Demos while looking for other options. Walked in and immediately felt a very welcoming vibe! The bartender (Sam) was great, and she overheard we were hungry for a pizza. She came over and gave us several recommendations, and we ended up going with her personal favorite (Bennie's). Sam, it was really good!!! Thanks for helping out a couple of strangers!! “What a gem! Best dive bar in a cornfield I’ve ever been too. Never heard of the place and randomly wandered in. Bobby and Gary were skeptical, but as always, I prevail with finding the right spot and that right time. Proper 12 a following, darts, small but welcoming. If you see Bobby and Gary shooting darts there and sipping some whiskey, be sure to tell them that I said “I told you so!”“
