“this DD has very fast service thru their drive thru. the 2 woman i deal with in the early mornings are great. but I have decided to also mention how many times my order gets screwed up and until this day I never got a free coffee. Just i am sorry. today I will start posting how many times something goes wrong with my order. Ask for sweet and low and got regular sugar. They just have to learn better customer service.“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“I usually order a matcha iced latte with banana syrup. The woman with the pink hair makes my drinks and she’s very friendly. Today, there was a new face and I overheard that he’s worked there for months. What threw me off was how he kept wiping his nose and running his hands through his hair while taking orders, then making drinks and serving food. My coffee tasted warm (I ordered a banana iced latte with cf). So I ordered a matcha to make up for it, but the drink itself was overly sweet and way too milky compared to the past drinks I’ve ordered. Maybe it was just a bad day, but overall it’s been decent.“

Super cute and cozy atmosphere for being a smaller shop, featuring super cute croissant waffles and the best peach oolong tea I've encountered. And I've tried A LOT of Bubble Tea places. “This stall inside Yorktown Mall's food court sells mostly snack items like the signature (and chewy) mochi donut. They have at least 10 varieties of donuts like Oreo, fruity pebbles, and pina colada. The half cheese / half corndog rolled in hot cheetos was tasty, and the boba tea was a good value. I had to wait a while for the latter two, but employees were friendly enough. Typical mall pricing, which is to say somewhat expensive.“

“We got our daughter’s 4th Birthday cake from here. We chose princess themed and were able to customize. We went in and the gentleman taking our order was very attentive and wrote everything down. I called two days before to confirm and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Pick up was a breeze and everyone loved the vanilla on top (two tier) and chocolate strawberry on the bottom ice cream cake. It was decorated well and I could tell they took their time. I am very pleased and would totally go back!“

And I'm so glad they get my order correct every time 😁 I'm sensitive to caffeine and sugar, so it's very important, when I ask for decaf, no sugar that my order is correct. I've been to many coffee shops that do not pay attention to that and then I'm suffering the consequences

“drinks are good, but at times not. depending how they make it. other than that. and the fact the kids sometimes take there time. give it 2 stars.“

“Let me start by saying that this is not only my go-to Dunkin Donuts but my go-to coffee spot and it's all thanks to Jessica. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted by my name (Katya - not easy pronounce but she does it perfectly), she knows my order, and her smile radiates from beyond the drive-thru window.

It's something small, but Jessica takes the time to ask me how I am doing and is always a ball of sunshine. That type of positivity, on top of my extra espresso shot in my coffee? What's a better way to start the day?

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this DD are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! “Absolutely amazing: the staff is incredibly nice, the place is always clean, and service is fast. I love coming here on the weekends with friends, and since it usually isn't packed, we can stay and relax and chat. I am emotionally attached to this particular Dunkin.

Vegetarian options: Most things either don't have meat (donuts/bakery stuff) or you can get with/without meat (like the avocado toast; you can get it with or without bacon). Everything except the breakfast stuff is vegetarian, I would say. (:

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to stay away from sugar or animal products, it would be best to stick to black coffee. There are options, but they are pretty limited.

Parking: Depending on the day/time it can be a little difficult to find parking. There are other side streets nearby that you can park on though.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is very nice, especially when kids come in. However, sometimes the kids don't clean up after themselves and leave a huge mess for the workers. Dunkin is not a table service restaurant. If your kid is coming here, please make sure they are being respectful of this shared public space.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the lip in front of the storefronts when entering the parking lot through the Touhy entrance. Otherwise there is a small lip to get up to the pavement from in the parking lot. Getting into the store itself, though, wouldn't be much of a problem. The door can close kind of fast, so someone might need to grab the door.“

“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.“
