“The food is always good. The service left a lot to be desired. Our drinks took forever. Our server had to be flagged down to order more drinks. She never came and checked on us, never updated us on why our food was taking so long, only asked how everything was after we had finished eating. Somg of the food was luke warm, some was hot. Our meal took over two hours to complete. The food was good but the service has to get better.”

“It's amazing truly; If you have never had boba you can always try the fruit flavored pearls or to your preference you can have none. There are coffee options, tea options,. fruit options, sugar free options and you can mix and match anything. You can tell them how strong you like your coffee or matcha and they base it from there. He works very hard every time we go in and everything is worth the wait. I haven't heard a single complaint about anything. There are also small snacks options like croissant sandwiches with fruit on the side as well as a pack of cookies, muffins, macrons or sometimes other types of coffee dunkers and chips. There are also more hand held drinks if you need something like chocolate milk to slip in a bottle for someone younger. The lids they use are very sturdy and I've never had any cup break on me. The store is full of personality and there's even a few things to do while waiting, yes even if you have kids. They have some sort of reward points system as well which is always great when you have kids/ teenagers that would like to frequent things like that. Don't go to Dunkin or Starbucks ever again because it won't taste the same.”

Such a great atmosphere. The cost is very reasonable, tables and chairs were provided and they were so very kind to assist our family and friends who needed assistance with wheelchairs. It was nice to try a couple locally made beers, shoot pool, and have some waffle fries, which were cooked well. Bar and bathrooms were very clean and the bartender was attentive.”

Our service was absolutely wonderful and she was very attentive and friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever had in the Freeport area! Our waitress’s name was Cristal and I felt I had to leave a review because she was absolutely wonderful and had a great personality and was super friendly, not to mention our drinks were kept full and she came and checked on us attentively, The food tasted great and we were very pleased with our experience, we will be coming back to enjoy the great food and even better service, and hope to get the same exceptional service and waitress on our next visit. I would definitely recommend coming to Imperial Palace Freeport.”

“Spent the day in Galena last Saturday with less than desirable food and service the entire day. Started the trip back home and decided to Google spots to eat. Came across this gem and decided to give it a try. Cannova’s was hands down the best part of the day. Was greeted by a friendly host who sat us right away next to the piano. The atmosphere matched the old school Italian vibe perfectly. Our server, Dylan, was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and cocktails, and had some great recommendations. We needed more time just because there were so many amazing choices! Our food came out in a timely manner even with Dylan having a larger party at the same time. I took Dylan’s recommendation and had the daily special for that day, blackened salmon. It was cooked perfectly and paired with some of the best mashed potatoes and asparagus that I’ve ever had. We watched a pizza leave the kitchen and decided to order one to go just because it looked so good!! And, it was!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A spot that I will definitely make the 45 min trip back to just to have dinner again. Hopefully it’ll be on Dylan’s shift as he was fantastic!! 10/10.. would recommend!!”

The subs at Jersey Mike's top all other sub places and I have literally tried all of the main major contenders and none compared to Jersey Mike's now in my eyes! Their gluten free buns are the best!!! And our sandwich maker was super fun and chill as well as being impressively good at his job and fast! Worth the higher prices for sure!”

“Just get in my belly. My go-to for asada and chorizo Mexican authentic tacos. Their homemade guacamole, homemade chips are addictive and I occasionally bring a little tub of guacamole home. The flavors and aromas are intoxicating.

Noon on a Saturday, don't be surprised to hear several happily buzzed Mexican men sipping their cervesa, laughing, and sharing wonderful stories. Food made with love and purpose and one of the happiest environments, when you time it right. Sip. Chew. Enjoy.”

“Starbucks Freeport offers plenty of seating as well as plenty of open space if you're coming in for mobile orders or order in store.

Ordered few drinks and asked for less ice, they put a lot on one drink. Ordered Non-Dairy cream cold brew, but it tasted more watery than coffee.

Staff are friendly. Drive thru can be long since it wraps around a large building.
