“Limited menu done right. Portions are small but prepared with care. Always consistent. Shy away from the calamari friti. I’ve had it a few times and hoped it would get better . Barely any shrimp the “ piece. Contained are small and few as is the actual squid. Loaded with veggies instead. Not a value or good choice! The twin medallions of beef are delicious but not substantial. The white fish is the best dish on the mine!“

“Had a great experience at Riganato. The food was excellent, everything came out fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly without being over the top. You can tell they put some real care into the food and the overall experience.

Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to others. If you’re looking for a good meal with a nice atmosphere. Riganato is worth checking out.“

“Food is delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill. The staff is wonderfully friendly and accommodating. We were there with my 7 and 10 year old for dinner. My son has special needs and they were so great with him. At the end of the dinner when they could see I was struggling a bit with my son, one server came to me and said, “don’t worry mama, we got you.” So kind. “Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

“Loved everything about our visit to Penrose Brewing. The beer selection was fantastic, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with.

We stopped in while visiting family in town and were glad we did. I’m especially excited to hear they’re working on getting their beers into Iowa; I hope that happens soon because we’d love to enjoy Penrose back home. Looking forward to stopping by again on our next visit! 🍻

“Such a great pub venue. Our server, Tyler, went out of his way to welcome us. The menu is extensive. The beer list has both rotating taps and craft beer options. They offer cocktails, spirits and wine as well as N/A options. The food is outstanding. I had the ginormous wings. Others ordered mini burger sliders and Etouffe. Both liked there dishes. This is a place we will go back to. We watched the World Cup soccer game without feeling bombarded by TVs.“

“Great burger! I just stopped there unexpectedly, not from the area. I got a smash burger on special with a chipolte sauce, grilled onions and cheese....sooooooo good! I'm not that much of a smash burger fan, but this was a double patty with great flavor. The bun was large and held all the toppings. Will stop back for sure when I'm around“

“Great food. But this place is so over the top pretentious that it’s irritating. The staff and customers alike are just so infatuated by themselves it’s off putting.“

“Dive bar with good food. Nothing tasted like it came from a box/freezer including appetizers (coconut shrimp and rings) and meats. Prices are reasonable and the daily drink specials are stuff you'd prefer not just stuff you'd settle for. Service was pretty good for just a staff of 5 and both bartenders on my Saturday nite visit knew what they were about.“

“Walrus Room is a solid five star restaurant. Table service is fantastic. Our server knew the menu inside and out, provided useful recommendations and was very attentive without being pesty. Starting with the appetizers four of us had Shrimp DeJohgne, the Burrata, Curds and Chorizo Mussels. All very very good. From their extensive lists the ladies had wine and I had bourbon. For dinner we ordered the walleye on rice, Amish roast chicken and the prime steak frites. All really good although maybe the entrees were a bit salty. We ordered too much food and drink so the nearly five hundred dollar bill was our fault. Great service, fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Just my opinion, but I think they have the best pizza in the trinity area. While the pizza prices may seem a tad higher than the competition, it’s well worth as the put more cheese and toppings than most of their competition, so you need feeer pieces. It’s always very clean, and the husband wife owners are both very nice.“

“Had lunch yesterday and ordered small bites to share. Everything was superb! We ordered the honey sriracha glazed brussel sprouts, and they are the best I’ve ever had! The crab cakes and grits were out of this world. Cajun egg rolls and coconut ginger fried shrimp were so good, as well as the cornbread. Atmosphere and service was excellent. We will definitely be back soon!!!“

“Rating this place is difficult because I love BBQ and I’ve been searching for a good one for awhile. The first time coming here (take out) was fantastic. Plenty of food, good prices, good service, and delicious food. The second time (dine -in) following a few months was not the same. Food was not all that tasty and Mac & cheese is always spicy regardless requesting without spice. It just didn’t hit the same. I do enjoy this place and want to visit a third but unsure if it’ll be like loving my first visit or settling like my second visit. Regardless, I still believe this might be one of the best BBQ place in the suburbs, which coming from is says a lot. I have had plenty of ribs from plenty of places!“
