“Halloween weekend - busy place and seemed a bit understaffed as our server was managing several tables as well as making drinks at the bar. However, service was timely,efficient and cheerful. I split a sandwich with an accompanying friend and our server very thoughtfully had split the check and our drink orders without us even asking- very impressive especially on a busy night! We had the Cuban and it was well prepared with crispy bread as it should be. Prices are in line with quality and quantity. Their cocktail menu is fun but most importantly the cocktails taste good. Setting is quite casual and can tend to be noisy. My only negative is I wish they had fries!“

Between the food and the service I couldn't tell you which was better. We tried the Donkatsu and Curry Donkatsu, both were phenomenal. “this is hands down the best bakery. there are others in the surrounding area that are amazing as well however they are second to Kruta for airy, light, taste and selection. I'm not sure what else I can ask out of a bakery... maybe a buttered bagel or roll for breakfast“

“We stopped by here to eat after 4.5 hours of Zumba in St Louis area. Hungry hungry hippos. The friend that brought us said that this was his favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Agavero Grill & Cantina opened in December 2021 in Collinsville, IL area. That particular day the group went to eat in February 2024, they also had a new menu (which included Birria Ramen)!! I surprised the waiter when I ordered it. LOL. I also ordered a cocktail to go with my meal. Our party size was 9. Service was attentive. Ambiance was casual sit down. ENJOY!!“

The rolls were HUGE!!!  But it's definitely worth it.  It's probably one of the best sushi I've ever had.  It's worth the drive if you're kinda far.“

Much to my surprise, they also have many beers on tap that are brewed by them. I tried one and it was pretty tasty. This place can't be that old either, everything was pretty clean and new. “Mother’s Day lunch with my sons. It’s a cozy bar and grill in the downtown area. Plenty of seating, and the boys loved having multiple tv’s to watch the games. Our waitress was friendly, accommodating and kept our drinks filled. The menu had a lot of unique options. I opted for the pulled pork horseshoe, made with a local barbecue sauce..it was superb. “Being new to town we wanted to try out this restaurant. Taking sympathy on us they let us order inside and gave us a complimentary appetizer while we waited. The young lady that waited on us was very polite and friendly and seemed well versed on the menu. We found the food tasty and well portioned meals. Pricing seemed very competitive as well.“

“First time going to Bann Thai this evening. I was really craving Kang Karee Curry and hoped they would have a good one. Was not disappointed!! By far the best yellow curry in the edwardsville area. My son had the general tso's chicken. For an appetizer we tried the Shumai dumplings. Every thing we ordered was amazing but even better was the service. Our server Melanie was so sweet and made us laugh. So thank you not only for the best thai food I have had in years but for your amazing personality and service. We will be coming back soon and if your lucky enough to go on a night they have thai donuts they are a 10 out of 10. “It's been a number of years since we've been here and I don't know why. It is delicious from the service to the meal everything was perfect. The bread was amazing. The toasted ravs were delicious. I had the tutto mare, it was the best I've ever had, full of shrimp, crabs, clams, the sauce was divine, simply amazing. “I am traveling out of town for work and I was wanting pizza and I saw this place on Google Maps, I have never had it or heard of it. I can say based on my one visit this is easily the best pizza buffet I have ever had. There was a very large variety of pizza and they were all good that I tried. They have really good sweet tea as well which is nice. The quality on a pizza buffet is usually questionable but I was genuinely impressed by this, highly recommended“

“Getting Better. Old Herald Brewer & Distillery started with a lot of positives and has evolved, getting better all the time. Everyone can find faults and recommend ways that the businesses can be better and management probably realizes most of the little problems. Old Herald evolves and we celebrate that. It is fun to see what they do next and keeps us coming back. Yes, some of the stuff we miss and hope it comes back, all we can do is say what we like and what we don't like.... Like the tiny plate for their awesome Chicken & Waffles, or that Old Heralds unique "Coalsch" beer, a cousin to the German Kolsch Beer, is no longer on the beer menu. BUT! There are several unique and awesome mixed drinks that everyone who enjoys mixed drinks should investigate. “I travel I-70 a lot from Indiana to Kansas. Was looking for something different this trip, found it in Uncle Linny’s! Just off of 270, east of St Louis, in the town of Granite City. We had the Walleye which was outstanding. The salad bar is small, but clean and fresh. As you walk in there in, is a dessert counter that is irresistible. Great Mom and Pop place a short drive from the 270 bypass, exit 6.“
