“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“I like to do the pick 2. I love their Autumn Squash soup, Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, and Broccoli cheddar soup. I pair it with the Turkey Bravo sandwich or Strawberry Poppyseed salad (Seasonal.) I tried the Creme Brulee Iced Latte today and it was good. It wasn't too sweet. I also enjoy their iced green tea flavors and frozen mocha drinks. The one is Glen Ellyn was super busy today and we had to wait awhile for our food. It's best to order ahead of you're getting it to go.“

Their barista is a freaking genius when it comes to their specialty drinks. I would eat here everyday if I could. If you love soft pretzels gnarly is the place to be.“

“I worked for Francesca’s, the Italian restaurant, for over 12 years and loved the food there. When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. The dressing on the salad was unmatched, and the bolognese sauce had such depth to it, it was insane. Thanks Sonny’s!!“

“We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“

“I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company. I had not been to Olive Garden since you guys moved. I enjoyed my food. Hat off to the cooks. I will return very soon.“

“Loved Lima Fresca! We went on a Fri early eve and we’re able to get a table by the outside. The hostess was extremely nice and cheerful. Food was excellent and very reasonable! We had the chicken tinga quesadilla and some tacos, lots of quality meat in the menu items. Margaritas are small for the price. We are definitely going back soon!!!“

“Each table seats 4. We dined in. They have take out as well. We were greeted right away by a friendly wait staff who helped us with some recommendations along with taking our order. everything we ordered was great I had the black garlic pork on the first page of the menu, one of the children had plain ramen with chicken broth and the other had a chicken ramen bowl. We all tried each others and we all agreed our own bowl was the best but they all were good. You can either make your own, à la carte and choose your ingredients or you can choose from pre-made with pictures which we did because it was our first time. we didn't have room for appetizers, but we will definitely be back to try them because they all look amazing. Everything was delicious and we had a fun time with lots of leftovers which they package up very cute and neat, they put the ramen noodles in a bowl and your broth separate so your noodles don't suck it all up by the time you eat it again.. saved it as a new favorite spot!! The kids were ecstatic and had an amazing time which is very hard to do with most restaurants. fun food for kids and great eats for adults. 10 out of 10 from the kids!“

Others reviews speak of an 8:20pm seating when they close at 9pm, then give the restaurant one star because they were rushed. That’s not fair. For us, we had a friendly and thorough server that was able to accommodate my dairy free requests and no rush. We started with the crab cake, which was excellent, but could have used more sauce than the fancy smear on the plate. The cocktails were ok. We had the Cuban and the basil mojito. In short, basil does not belong in a mojito and the Cuban was good but tiny portion size. The food was hot, fresh, good quality, and tasty. Reasonable portion sizes, especially for the fish! The braised beef was tender and flavorful, the skirt steak was a nice cut, nicely cooked, and paired well with the chimichurri. The fish was fresh and flaky and the beets tender and tasty. The deserts were equally as good as the meal. Overall a good experience, but spent $240 for two people.“

“Ordered online and given a “ready by” time of 6:13pm. My son volunteered to pick it up and sat in their parking lot for over an hour. Finally ready for pick up at 7:14pm. Food is great, but they need to revamp their online system to accurately reflect when it will be ready!“

“This restaurant is tucked in a massive, mostly empty building near an Asian grocery store. It gives the vibes of Beijing post 2008 Paralympics when all of a sudden no one made things look good for westerners. It’s cash only.

Despite appearances, this is the most authentic Chinese food I’ve had since I was in China in college! My husband and I went back multiple times while we were in town. It was great each time. They have an extensive menu so given that it’s not a bustling place, I’m not sure if the more eclectic dishes are super fresh. But again, you’re getting authentic cuisine and that’s sometimes part of it!

The jiao zi are amazing! The portion sizes are great for the price. You can’t get them in this amount or for the cost anywhere else in the Hinsdale or Oakbrook Terrace areas. Definitely recommend!

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option for potstickers, dumplings, 2 tofu dishes, and sautéed mixed veggies. They may be able to make other vegetation dishes upon request.

Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant is full up front but the lot itself is quite large. We did not struggle to find a place to park

Kid-friendliness: The building is a wide open floor plan with tables to accommodate families & groups. If a toddler needed to run, there’s lots of space to do that away from others eating. The bathroom, however, would pose a challenge for diaper changes. This building is so massive though that a nursing mom or a diaper changing dad could tuck away in one of the corners and have more privacy than a changing table in a multi stall bathroom. It’s dimly lit on the outer room edges away from the restaurants.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all one floor. There are double doors to go through that may not have an operational hands-free opener. The floor layout has multiple tables with chairs and a free wider, open sections to get to the restaurant counter to order“

“Yummy food....warm and cozy ciabetta dippers are back. Love the soup and 1/2 sandwich deal. My only complaint was when the iced tea was filled, some tea went on the lid and when I went to drink it, it dripped on my shirt. Ah well...should have looked. Everything else was perfect. Can't beat the chicken soup on a cold Chicago winter day.“

“We normally order from one of two other places in the Naperville/Lisle area and had not had Lucky Wok before. We ordered a mixed bag of things and I have to say it feels like real food and not just either warmed up Costco stuff or msg and velveted meats. Like the chicken is real chicken and good chunks you aren't searching for it. Crab Rangoon was good to be honest the egg drop soup was really good. Fried rice was moist. We will order from there again.“

“I enjoy this Panera better than others. I had a huge issue at another location. Food wise at the Bloomingdale location, they do a good job on my custom orders. The building is clean (haven’t been to the bathroom yet) and the staff are nice. Just a little consistent wipe down on the monitors will do. Please bring back the grains (the protein substitute).“
