The fish is incredibly fresh, the cuts are perfect, and every roll feels intentional and balanced. Nothing is overdone or drowned in sauce. You can actually taste the ingredients. Now every time we try sushi somewhere else, it just does not compare. The standard has officially been set, and unfortunately for every other sushi restaurant, this is it. Consistently exceptional. I ordered several sushi rolls to get a feel for Wild Rice's style, and I could not have been happier.

Just walking in the door, I knew that I had chosen well, as the dining room was softly fragranced with the smell of fresh seafood. It was dimly lit, with the majority of light coming from outside.

My food was peak freshness, top notch flavor and texture, and left me already planning a return trip.

Do not sleep on this one folks, it is WELL worth the visit.“

“I love Fuji Ramen! Always a great place to come eat any time with lots of menu options. They just updated their menu with new menu items and lower prices too! Very excited to come in and try the new menu items next time. Staff is always kind and place is very clean. Today’s lunch on the go is spicy salmon rolls, smoked salmon nigiri’s and a passion fruit green tea with strawberry and mango popping boba. 10/10 would recommend. Come check them out!“

“The best sushi in the western suburbs……but it painful to order from here. They’re careless on their orders so double check. Their customers double park and Elmhurst police must have an arrangement with them to allow it. So don’t use York road on weekend dinner time when you drive away possibly with a delicious mistaken order. Below is my sashimi order (lol).“
