“We went in about 6pm on 3-10-25. We were greeted by an outgoing young woman who was beyond kind. Then, our order was taken by a young man who had to take over bc she had to leave...and even though the pressure was put onto him, he stayed calm and polite. He took our order and made sure we did not need anything else. His attitude was appreciated! After we ate, I went to fill my cup with Hi-C. It was out. I waited for staff to be done with an order and asked if he had some. The shift leader was prepared to help when the other man came back (from taking food outside to a customer) and told the shift leader that the Hi-C was gone. I asked if there was lemonade. The shift leader explained to me that it is hand-crafted lemonade and that there would be an upcharge. We had already eaten & paid so it would be an inconvenience to both myself and the staff to have to figure out how to pay for just the upcharge, so I said no thank you. The staff looked worried. I told them it was fine. I was not worried about it. As you can see, I didn't count off any points for that, because it simply wasn't an issue. The only reason the atmosphere was an issue is because there was some construction work that needed to be completed and the lobby was a little dirty. BUT the girl in the lobby doesn't deserve to be in trouble for it because she was cleaning as we left as well as had been doing other tasks when we were eating. Overall, I would give this visit 5 stars. Overall, I would give the staff 10-out-of-5 stars! The staff made the entire visit feel like we were in an upscale establishment. Those 3 workers (that were running the place with just the 3 of them!!) need a raise!!!!!
I had to share a nice review because most people only share the bad things that happen. Please pass this on to whoever it needs to go to in order to let those 3 know they are doing an incredible job!!!

“Just want to start off by saying I believe it was the GM was very sweet and helpful!! The frontline person his name tag said Nathan was very friendly and had amazing service. Their team got my food out very quickly and they were doing their thing very great will definitely visit again!!“

“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

“Always have good service. I wish they would bring back the flats only on the party wings, it one of the main reasons I came here. I dont mind paying the extra for the flats only.My only 2 cons are- no more flats only- need to cook party wings chicken a tad bit longer. “The burritos here are the highest grade Taco Bell burritos possible. When working with Taco Bell ingredients, you can only make Taco Bell food.
Still, this location makes better burritos than some other, nearby locations. I know that you may think that identical ingredients make identical burritos, but I'm telling you, these ones here? They're a little better. The other places do them worse than this place does the burritos.

One time I went inside to pick up my order, because the drive-thru had a huge line. They don't have a cashier anymore though, and it took them like 20 minutes to acknowledge me.“

“I absolutely love St Louis fish... The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..

Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“I have been going here as long as I can remember I haven't seen the beautiful older lady who's the mom and grandma and probably great grandma now I pray everything is ok . I have some of my best memories here from both childhood with family and friendships with friends I grew up on Ellen Wood and Ridgewood so ya. Even through some of my hardest times this place has just been home for me, all the staff and family knows me and my hubby we always go here plus they have known me over 25 years the nail salon also since I was a kid. “Good place to eat, order occasionally. It’s frustrating they refuse to deliver to Hartford yet the deliver to south roxana. Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. Especially when Pizza Hut is my go to for pizza and I have to get out every time I want some. I don’t have a car at the moment to just get up and go.“
