“I've been eating White Castles ? just about all my life. I grew up on them. Then I moved away in 1989 but, visits every year. The only thing I don't like about the change at White Castle, are the cheese fries. Back in the day, they use to melt a slice of real cheese on your fries but, now they pour that liquid cheese on them. So I haven't ordered cheese fries in years. But, White Castle ? is still my go-to spot when I'm in St Louis or Alton. ????“

“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

“My son loved his icecream cake! (Oreo icecream) Ive never had a problem at dairy queen with an order, or a rude employee! I usually don't go to fast food joints much anymore BUT gotta stop in at dq once in awhile! In fact, I've been craving a banana split like nobody's business, so I'll probably be stopping in soon! Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and saw the Cuban advertisement on the front window. Went ahead and ordered before it looked and sounded really good. When the sando chef handed me the bag he asked if I had ever tried the Cuban and I reply no. Well he promised me that it would be the best sub I have ever had. By golly it was one helluva sub!!!!

“I came here to get a footlong and the store was packed, very busy with only two people behind the counter. A nice gentlemen working the register and a lady, who seemed like the manager was making all the sandwiches while training the man. Overall you could tell they were both very very stressed but she was still so nice and made sure to tell everyone to have a nice day while walking out the door.“

“The burritos here are the highest grade Taco Bell burritos possible. When working with Taco Bell ingredients, you can only make Taco Bell food.
Still, this location makes better burritos than some other, nearby locations. I know that you may think that identical ingredients make identical burritos, but I'm telling you, these ones here? They're a little better. The other places do them worse than this place does the burritos.

“We order on the app and went to pick up. I ordered a pretty obscure menu item (teriyaki bowl) and when we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a very pleasant and apologetic associate. I wish I had caught her name, she really went above and beyond. They were out of the item and the app had not updated properly. She explained calmly and asked if I would like something else. I asked for a wrap and she ended up giving us 2 to ensure I had enough food. She brought everything out to the car and again was so pleasant and apologetic that the order hadn’t gone perfectly. It’s easy to get things right, it’s above and beyond to be so pleasant, communicative and an accommodating when something isn’t perfect. If she isn’t the manager, I hope she is soon! Thank you!“

Drinks wiped off before passed out the window, made sure to let me know napkins, straws, and all my condiments were in the bag. “I placed my order online and tried to get my pickup time about the time I got off work. However, I got off early and tried to pick up my meal early. The manager on duty made numerous excuses why she could not fulfill the order. In my opinion she showed a lack of professionalism and lack of any customer service. She showed more interest in not being bothered and getting off work.

Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. I have some of my best memories here from both childhood with family and friendships with friends I grew up on Ellen Wood and Ridgewood so ya. Even through some of my hardest times this place has just been home for me, all the staff and family knows me and my hubby we always go here plus they have known me over 25 years the nail salon also since I was a kid.
