“It was my first time here at the McDonald’s. I haven’t been in the area since I was a child. I was just passing through Harvey Illinois when I spotted actually four homeless people I had initially ordered carryout food for one of the homeless individuals when I went back to give him his food, he was nowhere in sight. I backtracked back to the McDonald’s. It was there that I met a young woman and her cat. She was standing in the median, and I asked her if she was hungry, and I handed her a bag of McDonald’s breakfast. The look on her face really made my day. I can’t wait to return to the McDonald’s and sit inside and enjoy watching the workers prepare the food and keeping an eye out for the same homeless lady I met today.“

“This is my first time here, and I have to say I absolutely love the atmosphere! It is so pretty inside and it's so clean. The staff was super nice.
The only negative thing that I could say was that it did take a long time to get the food even though we were the only ones in there and for what we bought it was really expensive. I thought we were going to get these like full sandwiches and they were these little tiny bitty appetizers.
We also ordered drinks the refreshers and they were so good. I highly suggest to get them with water not with lemonade because they are very sweet. But my first time there and I definitely will be going back. Also you can sign up for points and earn free food.

“Wow! I'm so excited because we finally have a coffee spot right her on the East Side! The Mexi Mocha is my favorite, but the Cold Brew and Café de Olla are also delicious. Every drink that I've tasted had been superb! As far as the pastries and sandwiches, my family has tasted several and enjoyed them all. “I went here on a school trip. The inside was nice and cozy. The service was pretty straight forward. The bagels I got were pretty good and the lemonade was tasty. My favorite part of going there was going up the observation tower to see the city. I would definitely go here again.“

I do see how busy they are and I completely understand it's out of their control on how busy it gets, but I hope it does get better.
